My job was done on June 19, 2015, a little bit later to give review. I had water damage in my house; Lonnie and his team did great job in a decent money; they are very sincere and no any hidden fee. Job is done quite smooth and well. Definitely will use them again!

These guys are highly professional, fast service and exceptionally helpful. Our house was flooded and we really needed help fast. Only problem it was a Sunday night and we didn’t know where to turn. Luckily our insurance agent knew about Service Solutions and they were at our house in 45 minutes. They took care of our home and kept our family safe. We think Lonnie is the BEST!!! I highly recommend Service Solutions.

My home sits on a downward slope, so when the neighbor’s sprinkler system blew above me it all came straight downhill in the middle of the night. Filling up a pool around the side of my house through the night and seeping through to the interior by morning. By the time I woke up in the morning to my neighbor letting me know his sprinkler system had flooded my side yard and home he had turned his water off so the flood damage wasn’t increasing anymore. Now it was time to find a company to make it all go away and return my home back to how it was the day before. A friend of mine had dealt with some water damage recently in his home as well so I called him up and he gave me the number for Water Damage Service Solutions in Oceanside. As most of the flood damage had already been done and wasn’t getting any worse I wasn’t in need of immediate service but still needed someone to come out that same day. The WDSS representative gave me an appointment time for later that afternoon and the technician showed up on time, what a concept. Well to make a long story short they released all of the swelling in my walls then came back after everything had dried and restored it all back to new. Overall great experience and they even handled the interaction with my insurance company which was a pleasant surprise. Hopefully we won’t be seeing each other soon Water Damage Service Solutions, no more flood and water damage for me please.

I recently went to work for a property management company in Carlsbad where we manage over 300 homes. I was immediately introduced to Service Solutions as one of our primary vendors. In the past 6 months, I have had to call on this company for many projects, including water remediation, carpet and furniture cleaning, window and glass cleaning and so much more. Service Solutions always manages their projects in a professional manner no matter what time of day the emergency occurs. I would like to take this opportunity to pass the word out about Lonnie and his team at Service Solutions.
My mother lived alone in her home in Oceanside for over 25 years. When the time came for her to move closer to her family up north, we opted to rent out her home. We were unaware of small ongoing water leaks in the kitchen under the sink and bathroom toilet until she moved out. We contacted three different companies. Not only did it take a long time for them to get to the home to access the problem, but once we received the estimates, the bids were varied and vague. It seemed like we would have had to find our own contractor once the remediation was complete as well as find a company to give us a report that the work had been completed correctly.
As a final resort, we contacted a local property management company, Barbara McClain Property Rentals to get their recommendation. They told me Service Solutions is the only company they use for all of their properties.
I called the office and reached Lonnie (he always answers the phone!!). After explaining the situation and urgency, he came out the same day as my call. Upon assessing the situation, he worked out a very organized plan on how to handle the remediation & clean up, working with a general contractor, Chris at Sartori Construction. Lonnie and Chris got together and worked out a plan to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. He also handled getting a lab report from Dr. Russell Stern at Mold Busters (always good to have for your files after something like this happens in your home).
Lonnie became our «project manager» and did an amazing job at a very affordable price. Hopefully we will not need them again with water issues … but, we will make sure to call them for carpet cleaning!

I found this company through my sister who lives on Unilocal.She recommended them to me. I recently had a kitchen leak and contacted this company. They were at my house within 30 minutes and promptly went to work sucking the water out of my kitchen. My kitchen was completely dry within three days. They were very professional and I would use them again in a heart beat. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Best carpet service in town! I work at a realty office in Oceanside and we use Service Solutions for all our vacation rentals. Lonnie is a really nice guy and is super reliable! He not only can get the carpets looking great, but he also does upholstery cleaning and water damage. Great prices as well! So glad we found him.
