​is a Certified Background Screened Loan Document Signing Agent with the National Notary Association (NNA).Although I have regular working hours, ANY schedule can be accommodated to meet your document signing needs for an extra charge. I have over 20 years of loan processing and loan document signing experience, including first mortgages, second mortgages, home equity loans (HELOCS), refinances, reverse mortgages and many more. I specialize in on-​call, emergency, last minute, regular business hours, after hours, weekend and out-​of-​area notarizations. I am always willing to travel to borrower’s home or place of business in San Diego County to notarize your important documents 7 days a week, including holidays.

Curtis Daniels of Oceanside has been a Notary Public since 2007 and has been in the Copy & Print industry since 1990. My wife and I opened a business together in 2003 and I became a Notary Public to help our business grow.
