I had a small nation of ants in my home, who decided that the kitchen would become their new CP. After finding a groupon for K&M, they came over in a one day turnaround. Quick service and great exterminator. If I get another group of ants trying to nation build in my home, I’m giving them a call.

Manny came to the house and gave us the good news that we didn’t have termites! Honest guy and great service. Looking forward to him keeping us bug free!

Professional and on time, K&M provides excellent service. Manny was also very helpful in educating us on steps to take (trimming tree branches near the roof line etc.) to prevent easy access to our home.

Manny came out to my dad’s home as well as ours when we had ant problems at each, and once he shows up, ants are gone for good. We had never had an issue with ants before but when Manny eliminated the infestation at my dad’s home, we knew who to call when we had a similar situation at our home. Manny is extremely professional and informative. I would highly recommend K&M Pest Solutions to anyone with a pest control problem.

Ed has come out to our home a few times and he’s exceptional; he was a recommendation of our neighbor. When it started to warm up we experienced a lot of spiders both in and outside and some of them were big enough to make a grown man scream. Ed took care of business both indoors and outdoors and returned the following week for follow-​up at no additional charge. We were having new windows put in the next week so we scheduled him again figuring any construction wakes up critters. That’s when my son found a few microscopic bugs on his windowsill and a few on his bed, OMG it was on now, he refused to sleep in his room saying «we have bed bugs!» so Ed came back out and (this is where he went above and beyond) he looked at the tiny little bugs and determined they were coming from a birds nest on the roof above my son’s bedroom, bird mites. He not only assured my son that they were not bed bugs but he educated him on the different types of mites vs. bed bugs and how he could tell them apart, then went even further to look at my sons mattress and box spring to show him how to see if there were bed bugs. I don’t know if Ed has children himself but he certainly knows how to talk to them, educate and calm their fears. The bugs are gone, the bird nest is gone and my son is back in his room. I HIGHLY recommend K & M because of Ed and will never use anyone else. Thank you!

Disappointed with service. We urgently needed someone to come out to help with possible rodents in the attic. I waited from 130 until 4pm and No one showed up. I called the main number and she informed me that someone canceled my appointment. I’m the only one that scheduled the appointment. I have a one month old infant and now I have to find someone else for next week. Very frustrating!

This is the second time we used K&M and they do an excellent job! Ed was polite, knowledgeable, and on time. The price is excellent! They don’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need unlike the other big pest control companies. I like that they are locally owned company so please call them first you won’t be disappointed!

they keep doing it better and better. Daniel is a very polite and freindly young man and helped my wife with some issues. We’ve had K & M for about a year and have no desire to change as they do their job well and cost effectively.

I contacted K&M a second time, this time for a termite inspection (previously used them for bug control treatment). I set my appointment over 1 and a half weeks ago. I was scheduled for a window between 10−11am. No show. No calls. No nothing. I should probably change to a 2 star, but I’m generous.

No pressure to get contract. Easy. Manny was very cool and knew what he was doing. It was also educational. We had a bunch of ants in the kitchen and all over the outside of the house. We haven’t seen any in the house since.

This is the second time I’ve used K & M Pest Control. Manny came out about 3 months ago because I had a bad ant problem and the ants were climbing my yucca tree and palm trees and killing them. He sprayed and they were ALL GONE! Just started noticing some more coming back in small numbers after 3 months and called them to come spay again. They called back the same day and Manny was out the next day. I have had nothing but great service and when they spray, it works better than anything I’ve tried… and I’ve tried a lot of powder, ant traps, sprays, etc. They were all a waste of money. I will continue to use K & M and Manny, and I highly recommend them! Well worth the money.

Order a groupon for $ 39 for pest service. I called and they were able to get someone out to my house within 3 days. Manny arrived on time and sprayed around our house and swept the cobwebs. Very happy with our experience!

My landlord purchased a groupon for their services and I called to schedule an inspection for possible bed bugs.
The lady on the phone was curt and condescending instead of helpful and informative. She assured me that her technicians were very qualified and would utilize a very specific inspection for bed bugs if this was my concern.
After their inspection, I was informed that there was no sign of bed bugs… needless to say that was NOT the case.
I’m moving on to the next company.

I bought the Unilocal deal called immediately got no return phone called again the following day no return phone called the third time with no return phone call and now cannot get a refund

Pretty disappointed based on all the great reviews. Inspector came out to get us a quote on termites. He was a nice guy and I figured this was a done deal. Promised to email us a quote when he got back to the office. A week later still no quote. I called to follow up and the receptionist said the quote was all ready to send just needed a final signature. Two weeks later still no quote. I guess they don’t need the business. We’ll find a company that does.

Daniel just left our house in Carlsbad a few hours ago and I can’t say enough nice things about him. This is the second time using K&M to spray for spiders and I’m so glad we did. We have received great customer service and their prices are very reasonable. I also like the fact they don’t force you into signing a contract but the option is available. Thanks K&M, keep it up!

We looked around for a quality pest control company and were impressed by the Unilocal reviews. K & M came last year for the 1^st time when we had so many ants in the house so many times that it was out of control. Manny Ramirez is our man and he was very efficient and knowledgeable regarding the kind of ants we had and the spider problem in our outside patio. We signed up for their service and have had no ants or spiders since that initial visit. You will be happy with this company they are quality.

I had an ant infestation throughout several rooms (including the pantry) of my house over several days. I called k&M and set up an appointment for the next day. Manny came out walked me through the procedure and treated the property. It has been 4 days and I have not seen another ant since the treatment. K&M were quick, friendly and effective. I highly recommend K&M Solution and would use them again.
I should also mention that I got a great value by using the Unilocal Deal saving me $ 40.
