Highly recommend! Don Dolphin Jr fixed 2 furnaces (wonderful to have heat again). Prompt and friendly service, good pricing, patient with explanations.

The owner argued with me about POE in my brand new R-​22 compressor and then hung up on me on the phone. Took off all his decals from my HVAC equipment and now use BUZCOR Heating and Cooling. Jeremy Busby is awesome and friendly, and knows what he is doing in the 21^st century!

I’ve referred a couple of my customers to Don, and he has never failed to deliver. While many HVAC companies seem to always recommend a replacement unit, Aspen’s expertise often results in the ability to easily (and inexpensively) repair a unit, or offer a newer, more efficient unit that actually ends up saving more money in the long run anyway. I give them my highest recommendation!

Shane has saved the day on a few occasions. I recommend him for many reasons, including expertise, customer service skills, punctually, patience, and going the extra mile. Last summer on one of the hottest days of the year, our compressor went out while company (with young kids) were in town. I called three places before finding Shane. All of the companies were busy, and so was Shane. However, he somehow made time for us. He appreciated the hot pickle we were in, that is, a very hot condo with hot kids. Shane managed to work extra hours getting us a new compressor. It was a tough, hot job, and Shane did it all with grace and a smile. And he took the time to patiently explain to a novice like me exactly what he was doing and why, while sweat dripped down his face. A true professional: expertise plus outstanding customer service. (Shane even helped me move mattresses around the condo due to the heat.) After our guests left town, Shane graciously came back to pick up our new compressor to get it weatherized and then reinstalled it later in the month. A true champ. It’s refreshing to experience good costumer service; it’s amazing, and seems rare these days, to experience outstanding customer service. Shane is outstanding. Plain and simple.

Don is my «go to» HVAC expert. As a Realtor, I need an honest professional to inspect HVAC systems for my buyers and sellers. I like Don because he answers his phone, is friendly and professional, gives honest opinions and estimates and can get work done quickly and professionally, at a reasonable price. He has saved many real estate transactions for me. I can heartily recommend him to anyone for heating or air condtionting work.

Don was referred to me and I made and appointment with him to come look at my heater. He never showed that morning so I called him and he said he would be by in a couple of hours. By 4:00 I wrote him off and never heard form him again. He also blew off my neighbors. I won’t ever recommend him to anyone but instead use John Stevenson Heating and Air. They are awesome!

Don Dalphin Jr. from Aspen Cooling and Heating, Inc. came to fix our heater and ended up saving our lives. Don figured out the quick fix within 3 minutes and noticed the CO2 leak as well. The leak was right above where my husband and son spend time on the computer. Don explained how CO2 settles to the ground and is most concentrated right about where your face is while sitting in a chair. Apparently our furnace connectors were not up to code and there was daylight showing through the ducts. Who knew a repair man could be an angel in disguise. Thanks Don!

What a pleasant experience! They had a very presentable and knowledgeable guy on site within 45 minutes of my call on a hot day when no one else could help within 3 days. He showed me the problem with the fan motor on my air conditioning unit before replacing it. Cost was very reasonable.
