We contacted Action Carpet as a reault of the work they did for my in-​laws.
Charlie, our sales rep, has been great thus far. He presented as a knowledgeable professional with an interest for our business by providing quality product at a reasonable price.
When Charlie had a follow-​up call about the original quoted price, we braced for a higher price over some «miscalculation». To our pleasant surprise, he called back to amend the price, but to lower it (due to a price drop by supplier)…who does that AFTER getting an OK from the customer for the original (higher) price?
Action Carpet will be replacing about 1k Sq ft of wood laminate with tile. Our fireplace will get a makeover as well. Charlie also extended a good deal for some beautiful baseboards.
Kenny, the installer, called to confirm installation date within less than 48hrs. Very reasonable, considering we had a Sunday between closing the deal and Kenny ’ s call.
I plan on updating this review to include how the installation part of the experience with Action Carpet transpired.
Wife happy; therefore, all happy at this juncture.
Charlie ’ s service has set the trust level high with this outfit.

Every thing about our project was handled professionally and with a group of highly skilled craftsmen. Beginning at the time of picking out materials and colors, through the measuring process and finally the installation we could not be more pleased with the outcome. Friends who have come to see the finished project were extremely impressed with the quality of the workmanship. I had two rooms of carpet and a whole lot of laminate flooring installed in the rest of my house. The installers were great. They were on time and they were very quick. I was on a tight schedule and they worked around it so that I would have my carpet in before I moved in. I would highly recommend Action to anyone looking for flooring! My flooring looks great and the crew at Action Carpets was very knowledgeable.

My first experience with Action Carpet was as a property manager tasked to re-​carpet a commercial office building with heavy equipment that had to be moved around. The job had to be done over a weekend to not lose any work time for the tenant. Talk about pressure! Well, they came through for me with competitive pricing, a timely installation and tenant satisfaction for a job well done. I have since used Action Carpet in my own home and have experienced the same level of service from the pricing, the installation and the professionalism of the office staff. Two thumbs up!

We were so impressed by the work done by our installers, Nacho and Leo. They were wonderful… fast, clean and polite… I was suppose to get a call before they came (which I didn’t get). Nacho and Leo went above and beyond to help me clear the furniture tops so they could move it. We were very impressed with these two guys. Again THANK YOU, Nacho and Leo for a job very well done. I love my carpet. I was impressed by Kany when were went in the store… so much that I didn’t even go any place else to compare. He explained the different carpets, etc. But what won us way over was the work done by Nacho and Leo. Less 5 stars because of the communication of arrival (and sample not brought out by salesmen/estimator…Charlie) although he did come the next day and was apologetic and brought the sample… And that’s the truth and I’m sticking to it …

The best decision we made this year was to visit the showrooms of Action Carpet, in Oceanside, CA. Charlie, a great sales associate waited on us and within a few minutes we had chosen the carpet we had installed. Charlie was very well informed and very friendly and helpful. The installation date was only oneweek from purchase. We were called two days before installation to inform us of the date and time. Exactly on the designated day and exact time, three installers, Nacho, Leo, and Frank arrived. They immediately set about moving our furniture quickly and efficiently. Unlike the five other carpet centers we had visited, ACTION CARPET DID NOT CHARGE US FOR MOVING THE FURNITURE!!! Within a few hours, the old carpet and padding had been removed and the new padding and carpeting installed. To our astonishment, THE INSTALLERS EVEN VACUUMED ALL THE CARPETING!!! We are so glad we found Action Carpet. Everyone we dealt with was well-​informed, friendly and extemely helpful. I would strongly recommend Action Carpet to anyone who wants excellent, pro, pt service and beautiful carpet at a very low price.

We have the beautiful new carpeting and now have the gorgeous tile as well. All the carpeting and tile flooring gives us such a nice fresh look in the entire house. The price was certainly right. The Customer care, before and after installation has been so nice. The installation crews came in, cleared their work areas and were very considerate with the disturbance this work creates and maintained a very clean work area as they completed their installations. These installers are the best I have seen in my many years in the construction industry. We are very happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Found Action Carpet via Unilocal searching. I needed a quick turn-​around on installation of carpet for my rentals, and called a few flooring companies in Oceanside. Dave went out on the day of the call and took measurements. Although it took him a couple of days to get back to me with a quote, it was very reasonable. They seem to always have in stock «renter’s carpet» and I was able to get it installed in a few days. From initial call to installation took less than a week. Job was done nicely, and cleaned adequately afterwards. Would do business with them again.

Dave was very easy going, understood our situation and patiently waited until we were ready for our purchase.
Every stage of the process, even a small hiccup that we changed, went smoothly.
The installation was clean and quick, and the guys were really great quality installers.
We knew what a bad experience was with another flooring, and now we know what we were missing from working with a great one.
Kany followed up with us a well after installation and made sure everything was to our satisfaction and that we were happy with the way the floor looked.
Action Flooring helped us make an amazing transformation to the inside of our home.

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. It’s a great place to do business with.
When I first bought my house in Oceanside in 2000, I shopped around for new carpet. Action carpet provided the best value (over Lowe’s and Depot) and did a great job on the install.
Two years ago I upgraded my master bedroom, and again Action Carpet did a great job.
Last year I put carpet in my laundry room and even though it was a small job, they installed it quickly and at a great price.
Now in Oct 2014 as part of a major renovation in my home, I needed new carpet for the rest of my house so I shopped around, and again Action Carpet had the best deal. This was my fourth time using them!
I was amazed how fast the crew worked and how well it was installed.
This locally owned business provides excellent products and has a helpful sales team and hardworking installers. Check it out and you’ll become a repeat customer like me.

Checked other big box stores. Action Carpet’s service, quality, and price were competitive and they went out of their way to meet our requested installation date. The installation crew took great care pulling out the old carpet with recently fresh painted walls. They installed the new carpet in a 2 story house in less than a day and a half. Highly recommend this company.
