Established in 1986.

For nearly 30 years, we’ve represented victims of accidents, injuries, wrongful death and against police departments. Both the attorney and staff are fluent in Spanish, and we are pleased to be able to offer immigration services, including green card and asylum applications. We have a long history of working with the Hispanic community in the San Francisco and Oakland Bay Area.

Business Owner

I spent 2 years in Argentina, where I became fluent in Spanish. After returning to the United States, I attending Brigham Young University, where I obtained my law degree. I worked for 6 years for other firms before establishing my own firm in Oakland California in 1986. I love my work, because it is fascinating and stimulating and it allows me to fight for justice and to help those who cannot take on the legal system on their own.
