Este el Abogado mas abusivo y mas -/​:;()! No menciono las palabras que se merece por respeto a este medio.
Mi esposo dirigido por nuestra desesperacion lo contacto para mi defensa de haber yo violado mi probacion en DUI. Este Abogado lo hizo firmar un contrato sin dejarlo o sugerirlo que se tomara el tiempo para leeerlo mucho menos traducirlo a Español. Como todos sabemos este Abogado se enfoca en la cumunidad Latina y por ėtica deberia traducir sus HORRIBLES contratos o por lo menos sugerir a sus clientes buscar una persona que lo haga por ellos. No obstante con eso, este Abogado firmo este contrato por mi con su horrenda letra, afirmando que yo otorgada en permiso para que mi esposo contratara sus servicios. Yo estube en custodia por 67 Dias y en su visita para una entrevista nunca menciono el que necesitara mi firma para su ilegal contrato. El le cobro a mi esposo por tomar mi caso $ 4900 con un anticipo de $ 2500. Mi familia de mi iglesia lo contacto para pagar el balance de $ 2400, mas como miembros de esta familia, ellos mismos son abogados y tienen el conocimiento de el sistema criminal. El señor Alexander se sintio intimidado por sus preguntas y se rehuso el trabajar con ellos, incluso a aceptar un pago de ellos. Este Abogado nunca me represento en corte, solo se presento a corte a retirarse de mi caso. Esta tratando de robar el dinero de mi familia que con esfuerzos lo obtuvieron. Mintio en la oferta de el señor Juez, inclusive el Juez lo dijo. Yo lo he tratado de contactar muchas veces, y estoy siendo tolerante al esperar, mas en mis planes no esta la posibilidad de dejar a este señor que siga haciendo esto a mi comunidad. Toma ventaja de ser bilingüe, yo llevare esto a el State Board ya que tengo evidencias suficientes para hacerlo. Por favor no permitamos el abuso de estos Abogados solo por el idioma hay otros verdaderos abogados. Inclusive Los defensores publicos son muy profesionales no prometen no que no pueden hacer por ti. En mi caso un gran defensor publico me libro de custodia y no tube que retomar ningun tipo de probacion ningun Nuevo cargo criminal. No tube que gastar ningun dollar solo lo que el señor Alexander se esta tratando de quedar. No lo permitire. A este señor no le daria ni la diecima parte de una estrella. Gracias

This was my second DUI and Mr. Cross is a life saver, I can’t thank him enough. A Unilocal review isn’t even close to paying him back. En el 2002 me detuvo la policia cuando estaba manejando bajo la influencia de alcohol, cuando fui a corte el Juez me ordeno 45 dias de trabajo comunitario, y ademas casi $ 1000.00 en multas, era demasiado y a causa del trabajo no pude cumplir y tampoco pague las multas, despues de 10 años un dia que estaba manejando me detuvo un policia otra vez, esta vez fue por tener el parabrisas estrellado, cuando checo mi record salio el DUI y pum! que me llevan a la carcel.
Mi esposa me saco por medio de Bail bonds pero tenia que asistir a la corte en los proximos dias, tenia miedo de que me metieran en la carcel otra vez, asi que llame al Mr. Cross, me dieron una cita inmediatamente y de ahi en adelante elme acompaño a dos cortes y todo resulto perfectamente, solo hice 10 dias de trabajo comunitario y como $ 300. en multas y listo, ahora ando tranquilo por no deberle nada a la ley, pero principalmente si tuviera algun problema legal ya se a quien llamar.

My wife bailed me out by Bail bonds but had to go to court in the coming days, I was afraid they’d put me in jail again, so called Mr. Cross, I was given an appointment immediately and from then on on he accompanied to two court dates and everything turned out perfectly, I just needed 10 days of community service and $ 300 in fines and ready, now I’m calm and do not owe anything to the law, I recommend these services in case of a legal issue be sure to call. My case was an absolute NIGHTMARE and Mr. Cross took it upon himself as if it was his responsibility!
They have a nice system in place. Oscar and Judith are VERY helpful. Every time I called, I had every question answered.
My case consisted of a DUI, warrant, pretrial case for misdemeanor driving on a suspended, a speeding ticket, as well as another ticket we weren’t too worried about after all.
I had really cool attorney’s/lawyers show up to fight for me whether I was there or not. Eli was a young lawyer I remember, He was super chill and willing to ask the DA for whatever I felt was an issue.
My tickets were taken care of professionally and in a very timely manner, especially being that I had to schedule to fight a warrant, and schedule a pretrial for a misdemeanor ticket within 1 week.
Overall, they totally had my back!
Remember, every case is different though.
Just make sure you have everything you need to get started. Forgot to add, I went to the SJ office, and it is such a convenient location.
