Summit Dental Care

The minute you walk in, expect to throw down some money. My last dentist was on the Peninsula, and they only did what was needed, but I was immediately told I had to pay for X-​rays if i wanted a basic cleaning. They tried to charge for other unnecessary services, as their business moto seems to be all about nickel and dimming and having you pay for one service and then tell you that you have no choice but to pay for other services, but no refunds for what you already paid if you want to decline!
Oh, and for some reason the prices are double for the same services as elsewhere.
Arrived half an hour before my appointment, finally seated an hour after my scheduled time.
Will never be coming back. The cleaning itself was very poorly done by a rude nurse.

I’ve been going to Summit Dental Care since mid-​2013 for cleaning, wisdom teeth extraction, and orthodontics. The staff is personable as well as professional, and the facility is well-​equipped. I’ve found my experiences with them to be nothing but smooth sailing.

The dentist himself was nice. However the business office was misleading, would not answer straight insurance questions, and charged unnecessary fees. I took my business elsewhere and was glad.

Dr. Ghassemi is fantastic dentist. Gentle, caring to a patient’s needs and he goes out of his way to help patients. I am spoiled when I go there for a treatment.
