For sellers, I discuss specifics about the positioning of the property in the market. Designing and implementing a custom marketing plan, I tailor the activities to the property’s strengths. Last. I presents the various pricing strategies in relationship to the market, the recent neighborhood statistics and the seller’s motivation.

For buyers, I employ the Internet as well to provide enhanced search techniques to identify suitable properties. Assessing the statistical data, I make sure my clients feel fully informed when making an offer.

History

Established in 2000.

Growing up in Piedmont and residing in Montclair for the last 25 years has given me a first hand knowledge of our local neighborhoods and the complexities of living in the Bay Area.

In 1985, I graduated with honors from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Economics then went on to receive honors from a graduate course at the London School of Economics in 1986. I pursued a career in the world of finance prior to launching my career in real estate.
