Jamal is wonderful — professional, courteous and helpful. He arrives punctually with a clean vehicle and he drives with skill and attention. Who needs Über when you have Safari? (When looking to review Safari, I noticed there’s also a company with a similar name «Safari Taxi» — be sure you call Jamal with SAFARI CAB.) He’s my go to cabbie — always pleasant and reliable.

Jamal has been our go-​to cab driver for rides to the airport for years. His car is new and clean and has plenty of room for a whole family. He is always on time and is a really nice guy.

Jamal is the best cab driver in the Bay Area. I’ve been using his services for the last three years since I’ve moved here. The entire east bay restaurant industry was using him exclusively prior to the rise of lyft and über. Friendly, prompt, (never more than 5 – 10 minutes) saves your number and your usual locations/​destinations. Never uses surge pricing during busy hours. Bike-​friendly. Always a great, interesting conversationalist if you care to converse. A truly tremendous individual. My boyfriend and I consider him family, as do many others.
