Ariel did our kitchen backsplash for us and did an incredible job. He was easy to work with, communicated well and pays great attention to detail. We are very pleased with the work Ariel did and we are planning to have him back to do our floors. Highly recommended!

Ariel is amazing! I had to fire my old contractor and Ariel and his team came in and pulled up the old work, they were able to salvage my radient heating and completed a complex wood and tile combo in record time! On top of that he brought us a few homade chocolates and salsa when he was done! What a n amazing company! I would use them again and again.

I dont know why my original review is not «recommended» nor do I understand why there is another business Palermo Tile on Unilocal when they are both the same contractor. After complaining to the CA state contractor’s license board, they issued Ariel a violation for the entire job done at my home. If he does not pay the full repair cost, which is replacing all the tile and redoing it from the beginning, he will not be able to renew his CA contractor’s license. They also cited him for not carrying worker’s comp for his employee.

I am a real estate agent and needed tile work done in a San Francisco listing before it hit the market. We had a very small window of time. I called 3 tile companies unknown to me as others were booked. Ariel called right back (the other 2 never returned the call), told me he could fit us in and asked the size job-​a long/​tall kitchen back splash-​he quoted $ 600 over the phone. Amazingly, he showed up when he said, finished when he said, charged what he said and it looks fabulous. Plus he is actually a really nice person. He will now be my go to guy for tile. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Ariel Wolansky, in taking pride in his workmanship, was able to convert a simple bathroom, located close to a bedroom, into a place of beauty.
His talent as a tile setter and conscience attention to detail makes all the difference for long lasting work that still looks new years later.
He is a very dependable and reliable worker who always leaves the work area clean and tidy and is also easy to talk to about any concerns or new ideas.
I highly recommend him to anyone interested in launching new house improvement projects anywhere in the home.
