Established in 2011.
The firm changed its name in 2011. While the name is new, principal attorney Tom Miller has led the firm for over 20 years, and the same fundamental values still remain.
Over half of our practice is dedicated to personal injury. Our objective is to maximize your legal interests and rights, aggressively pursuing litigation if necessary. Our attorneys also help children with special needs obtain the services they need in public school. We have successfully represented children against school districts all throughout the Bay Area.

Meet the Business Owner
Tom M.
Business Owner
50 years of legal experience, commencing at Manhattan’s prestigious Webster Sheffield Fleischman Hitchcock & Chrystie. Tom was educated at Yale College and Stanford Law School.
Tom has successfully led his firm to obtain millions of dollars in settlements and judgments. In addition, he is actively involved in non-profit and pro bono work.
During the Vietnam War, Tom established the Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery which treated thousands of war-injured children. He recently co-founded Green Cities Fund, a non-profit involved in public service work (www.greencitiesfund.org).
Tom offers business advice with respect to Cuba, where he has traveled on numerous occasions in the last 15 years as a representative of Global Exchange, a San Francisco human rights organization. He has defended, pro bono, scores of U.S. citizens charged with violating the U.S. travel ban.
