Established in 2011.

Hee J. Kim is a senior partner at Miller Washington & Kim, PLC. The firm was established in 2011 after three attorneys decided it was in the best interests of their clients to form a new collective. While the name is new, the same fundamental values behind the old firm’s 20+ years of success still remain. This collaboration brings the resources, skills, experience, and knowledge of all three attorneys to the firm’s clients.

Potential clients may rest assured that all cases are accepted under the firm, and it is our general practice to collectively determine the strategic handling and management of your case. This ensures that your interests are best protected at all stages.

Business Owner

Hee J. Kim is a first-​generation, Korean-​American, and grew up in Sonoma County.

He earned his B.A. in Legal Studies, with Highest Honors, from the University of California, Berkeley, and then attended the University of San Francisco, School of Law.

Afterwards, he worked as an assistant, and then associate, of both Miller & Ngo, and the Law Office of Natashe Washington. During that time, he helped plaintiffs and defendants with many issues, but soon began focusing on personal injury, special education law, and business and contract matters.
