Five or Free was founded by Alexis Muñoz 4 years ago with a mindset to revolutionize the service industry for clients with his 5 Promise Guarantee.

It’s always been his desire to provide a peace of mind to all his customers in a way no other company has done before by making 5 promises upfront to each of them that if he didn’t keep the job is FREE.

Alexis initially began offering this unique Five Or Free service in the window cleaning industry, and found out how much people are desperate for a good quality service that puts their peace of mind above everything, and takes all the risk away from them of ever receiving a bad service.

The name Alexis comes from ancient Greek meaning «helper of mankind».

Although I’ll be the first to say that I’m no saint, I do try to live up to my name in every aspect of my life. This includes business.

I don’t believe that because «this is just business» my concern for the well-​being of others should take a back seat. More than anything, business is about working to serve the needs of someone else to the best of your ability with sincerity, integrity and truth. And that is what I work to do always with each of my customers and my extended team.
