History

Established in 1988.

Copy Station started in San Francisco and Oakland. The Oakland location originally was at 1970 Broadway Street, Bart level (thus the train in our logo). This store quickly outgrew this location and moved to 1717 Telegraph.

Copy Station expanded and opened 2 more stores: one in Walnut Creek and one in Pleasanton.

We have been servicing the Greater Bay Area for over 23 years!

I can’t say enough about Copy Station’s excellent customer service. Sabia helped us with a large, very difficult and logistically challenging copy job. Starting with a disorganized pile of originals in various conditions, we ended up with neat, well organized stacks of crisp copies delivered to our door. She really went above and beyond, and we greatly appreciate what everyone on the staff did to make it all work. When we had questions, Owner/​Manager Greg Holtz was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The people at Copy Station have excellent customer service skills and their work is impeccable. I appreciate the short turn around time, too. When I get there to pick up my products, they have it ready and waiting for me at the counter. Reasonable rates, happy staff, too. Can’t beat that in today’s market.

I love these guys! Their prices are reasonable, their printing services are great and their customer service is excellent! Curtis especially has come to know our work and he has called me a couple of times to check/​confirm, and in that process has caught my mistakes or clarified my intentions before printing. I very much appreciate that level of customer service. So many other places would have just printed it and let it be my problem if there was a problem.

I have been in three times — twice for self-​serve B&W — and once to drop off a small color job. The self-​serve B&W is good, but not as crisp as I was hoping. The drop-​off color job was quickly and very nicely handled while I did a couple of other errands. The result was super-​sharp and as nicely colored as the original. The staff is super-​nice.
