American Array was extremely informative and professional. Like most people, I was under the impression that solar is too expensive, complicated, etc. Miriam took the time to explain step by step how it can and will save money. I compared a few company prices and diligently researched the process once it peaked my interest. The installation process was much easier than expected, and they were reachable/​ready to answer my questions. All 20 of them haha.
Overall experience: referred family to them.

Government agency, after receiving a few consultations from solar city and another company I forgot the name of, American array was the better the better fit and deal.

This company repeatedly calls me despite me being on the National Do Not Call List and that I asked NOT to be called. They are not forthcoming with who they are when they call and say they are working «side by side» with PG&E to offer energy savings. BS. They are a private company and lying. They claim I have over $ 100 in energy costs, yada, yada and I would benefit from solar. I have had solar panels for a year. They are full of crap and keep annoying me.

I’ve been doing a lot of research on solar panels for my home. I’ve been wanting to add solar panels to my roof for quite some time now. I’m always very skeptical when looking up companies on line because you never know if the business is reputable. While doing research online I came across American Array Solar. It is based out of Oakland. The customer service was great! Tony was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He also gave me additional information that I needed in order to make the right decision for my home. He thoroughly explained the benefits of converting to solar panels. Throughout the entire process Tony went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
