This was definitely the food/​drink highlight of our day trip to Whidbey. The half cheese plate was perfection, with generous servings of three types of cheese, salami, berry compote and baguette, and they were totally happy to substitute two of the cheeses for ones we liked better. The baked Brie with honey and almonds was also delicious, very desserty and also a generous serving. We loved the old vine Zinfandel, suggested by our server. Our server was incredibly helpful and friendly (but not too friendly). Overall a delicious stop with amazing service :)

This little Shop has a homey atmosphere. You can sit apart from the wine bar in comfortable chairs and have a delicious meal of Flatbread dishes, soup and salads. Very well presented and helped by a long list of good wines. Pricey, but very satisfying

This place was an amazing find! My co worker and I stopped in for some wine. She asked if they did wine flights, which they technically did not, but the wine tender gave us several, generous, pours to try. We also had the naked brie with honey and almonds and onion brulee with swiss crisps. Incredible! Highly recommend this place for great wine, great food, great company and a comfortable setting!

This gem of a spot is tucked back off the street but worth looking for. Great for a glass of wine & small meal. They have a few tapas & flat breads on the menu. Every night they have a special which is worth trying. Had shepherds pie the night we were they which was very good. Will be back next time we are in Oak Harbor

This place is really a diamond in the rough. I am in oak harbor for work and i am stoked i found this place. The owners are incredibly friendly and their patrons juat as much so. The food is really great especially when you realize the lack of kitchen resources. The wine is really excellent as well. I will definitely be a regular here while im in town.

This place is a gem. Me and my girlfriend were on vacation and we’re looking for a late night spot to grab a bite and a glass of wine. It’s a little tucked away which adds to the ambience.
Incredible selection of wine and the food is delicious. Try the chicken pot pie and the flatbreads!
Service was terrific. Everyone was super friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

My dad lived in Oak Harbor. We stumbled into this wine bar while in Oak Harbor while visiting. We (party of 5) were greeted as soon as we walked in. Atmosphere was nice and homey. Good place for conversation. We had a rough week (there for dad’s funeral) We don’t drink wine much and Keith hooked us up with some bomb stuff. We also had an appetizer with carmelized onion on toasted little baguettes (forgot the name) and it was awesome! Keith was great company, too. We sat at the bar;) Superb customer service! ;) Idk who this Brian guy everyone is raving about… Team KEITH! Lol

Terrace was a fantastic wine tasting experience right in old Oak Harbor. We were helped by Brian, the owner, who definitely knows his stuff and did a great job tailoring our wines based on what we told him when we arrived. Definitely worth a stop if you want a place for a nice pre-​dinner glass of wine (like us), or want to discover some new favorites for the wine collection at home.

Amazing place!!! I can’t wait to come back here!!! Brian (the owner and bartender) is so freaking awesome! He is knowledgeable about all the wines, fantastically friendly, delightfully entertaining and just a great person overall! The atmosphere is just awesome — such a cozy, comfortable and classy place! I discovered it by accident, thinking to stop by maybe for a glass of wine or two… ended up spending my whole Saturday night there! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Amazing little Wine Bar! My boyfriend and I have been here several times. Not only is the wine excellent, the bartender/​owner, Brian, is awesome! He will chat with you about anything, and is always guest friendly. He even knows some bar/​card tricks! The tastings aren’t steep in price and he fills your glass full. He has some appetizers that he makes there and everything we’ve ever tried has definitely been worth it! I highly recommend coming here. I will return a dozen times over!

We stopped in here for a quick lunch after doing a whale watch tour. While they don’t have much for food (the restaurant downstairs will bring food up, but they were closed), we had a few appetizers that were satisfying, but not fantastic (only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5).
However, Brian the owner/​bartender was awesome! We came in, he asked what we were in the mood for and poured us a sample right away. We ordered a glass each, and when we finished, he kept pouring us samples of any bottle he already had open. Fantastic drink service, and he was great to talk to. The whole atmosphere was very calm and cozy. Would definitely come back if I were in town again!

My wife and I stopped in here for a second, just wanting to ask for directions. We ended up staying for a while, as Morgan, the proprietor and host extraordinaire poured taste after taste, at no charge.
He kept saying he needed to finish off a bottle or two, and since it was slow, we might as well try a few wines. Because we needed convincing, and all.
Great, great guy. Also, free wine is incredibly tasty (We did drop him some cash for his generosity). We’ll be hitting this place up next time we’re on the Island for sure.

Oak Harbor’s best wine spot. This is a medium-​sized place with a great atmosphere, and most importantly some great wine. The owner, Brian, is very knowledgable, and loves to talk wine. He’ll sit down and chat when he isn’t refilling glasses. In addition to some Italian food they offer (didn’t try any), the Terrace gets desserts from the nearby bakery; some of the best tiramisu you could want. Highly recommend you stop by – this is the bar Oak Harbor’s needed!
