JS Landscape

Israel and his team installed a beautiful large, backyard artificial lawn for us in April 2016. We couldn’t be happier:
* Materials: The lawn looks as natural as we have seen for an artificial one. No electric green colors or plasticky look. For the most part, we can’t tell the difference from our old one.
* Installation: This was a big job! We had to remove a substantial amount of old dirt in order to get the right level. Israel brought in a bobcat and cleared it out fast and efficiently. For a day or two, things were pretty torn apart – especially as we watched the bobcat roll over where our raised vegetable beds had been. But, Israel told us not to worry about it, that he’d make sure everything was put back exactly as it had been. He was right! Not just the lawn, but the entire yard looks fantastic now.
The lawn, itself, seems well installed. Seams are managed well, with no obvious lines. Grass is installed nicely, even around some irregularly-​shaped walking stones that we embedded in the lawn.
* Design. Israel did what we wanted, but he also made good suggestions and presented clear options. We had a large side area where he suggested including a putting green (at no additional cost). We never would have thought of that, but it now helps that previously «dead» area of the yard to have a purpose and some visual interest.
* Follow through. Israel and team have stood behind their installation. We didn’t have a lot of issues, but one we discovered was a severed electrical line on our yard lights. He fixed the problem and even came back at no charge to help us troubleshoot a lighting issue that it turned out was NOT caused by his installation.
The warranty on this product is 12 years, and we feel confident that Israel will stand behind that promise should we have any problems in the future.
