Being engaged is a very exciting yet busy time in your life. Our desire is for you to enjoy the engagement process with your fiancé, family and friends and leave the stress and hard work to us! We want to be the sole contact for your vendors the weeks leading up to the wedding so that you can spend time finalizing your personal details like attire and accessories, finalizing your vows, and enjoying the time with your family. We love what we do and are excited to devote our talent, creativity, time and energy to making your day a complete success!
In addition to 8 main coordinators, our company has a staff of assistants to help execute the logistics and details of each wedding day. We bring a team of 2 – 4 assistants to each wedding depending on the complexity of the day.
We offer a free consultation so that we can hear your vision, wedding ideas and details. Then we can give you more information and a custom proposal on how we can help you with the event planning process. We hope to talk to you soon!
History
Established in 2004.
A Touch of Grace began in 2004 by Grace Dougan. She developed and grew the company and designed many beautiful weddings. Amber and Dawn later joined the company and transitioned with Grace. Grace then left the company and Dawn and Amber became the Owners. A Touch of Grace has been all over California to design and coordinate stylish and exquisite events, including Napa, San Francisco, Carmel, L.A., Sacramento, and Lake Tahoe. We have also planned several destination weddings including events in Utah, Hawaii, Ohio, and France.

Amber and Dawn S.
Business Owner
Amber has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and worked as a manager for several years. She has a lot of experience in coordinating large non-profit events. She also interned for several years with large event planning companies before she joined A Touch of Grace.
Dawn has a lot of experience with Corporate Events. She has designed and coordinated several large corporate events with more than 500 attendees. She has traveled all over California for various large corporations to help plan out their social events, golf tournaments, and Christmas Parties. She also interned for wedding planning companies before she joined A Touch of Grace.
