10 out of 10 times, the worst experience you’ll ever deal with fast food drive thru. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, they’ll find a way to screw things up. Whether it’s not getting your order right, to waiting for 20 mins in drive thru, to absolute terrible customer service. You will hate dealing with this establishment. It’s an embarrassment!

If you live in the area, go to the Kenwood location instead. You will sit in the drive through lane at this location for about 30 minutes even with 2 cars in front of you. They seem to be very short staffed every time I come here.

Unfriendly staff that seem like they do not care, 20+ minute waits, mediocre food. One of the worst toco bells i consistantly go to just because they are close…

0 stars if I could. Very slow and completely unapologetic about it. Expect to wait 20 – 30 minutes in the drive thru during the«dinner rush».

Make sure you check your bag when you go through drive thru, this Taco Bell is notorious for messing up orders BADLY! I have made it home with multiple things missing or just the completely wrong order. Oh, and don’t go around early lunchtime because they aren’t always set up on time.

DRIVETHROUGHSERVICEISAWFUL I ordered two cheesy gordita crunches and what I got wasn’t even close to being these. I don’t know what the heck you guys gave me but they were soggy and disgusting. I’m very disappointed. You should fire whoever is manning the drive through. Like maybe get someone who understands English and isn’t deaf? I repeated myself like 10 times and said my order clear as day.

The service here is consistently the WORST of any fast food restaurant I have been to. I have given it a few chances, but never again. When I finally made it through the drive through I look and see the girl working the counter just texting on he phone. NEVERAGAIN

Drive thru is horribly slow and it’s one of those that you get stuck in. Cars in front of you, cars behind you, and a curb on the side. 20 minutes into being stuck at 6:47 pm on a Sunday, I call to find out if the drive thru is having issues or if the front car isn’t being considerate. Kayla informs me that they just had a shift change and she will personally get the cars moving through the line. 5 minutes later, cars start honking and people are yelling out their window. The front car driver is yelling out his window to inform everyone behind him that he’s not the jerk that it appears he is. Needless to say, this Taco Bell lost my business in the end. 25 minutes to break free.

I rarely visit fast food chains and when I do I expect two things: fast food and predictability. This place had neither. Stopped by at 10:20PM last night after moving into a new apartment. We were exhausted, hungry, and ready for some crunchwrap supremes. First thing that went wrong was the 20 minute wait in the drive thru. There was a total of FIVE cars in the drive thru. Not 50, but 5. Not sure what degenerate was working inside but when fast food gets made and delivered slower than a sit down restaurant, you may have a problem. Second thing that went wrong was when we got home and opened up the usually glorious crunchwraps and they were as dried out as grandmas skin. It had more leather than Sunday football.(Pic included). Taco Bell: I hope you don’t wonder why everyone goes to Chipotle. Your service is atrocious and your food has gone down hill. Maybe rein in your franchisees better before they taint your name more.

Fast food restaurants are kind of difficult to review. The brisk churn of employees can take a quick and efficient experience into a depressing game of «stand around and wish people knew what they were doing.» The Norwood Taco Bell has been on both sides of this conundrum for as long as I’ve been going there. Your best best is to utilize the drive through. The cashier and hand-off persons are generally friendly and get your order right. It’s worth noting that the hand-off person is often ESL which can pose short term challenges for communication if you have a special request. If you have to go inside, be aware that the combination of confused patrons, low functioning employees and generally grimey interior will at best leave you annoyed. Norwood diners love to order slowly, confusingly and pay with whatever currency they have the least access to. Floors, drink area and dining tables are often dirty or messy. The lunch rush does not treat Taco Bell well. The food is generally totally ok. It is Taco Bell and meets whatever expectations you have for Taco Bell. It’s hard to earn much better than a «Meh» for fast food. It’s cheap and does the job, but can sometimes frustrate or annoy. That is exactly what you should expect from most Taco Bells and the Norwood locale does not break that expectation in any way.

Very fast service at the drive-thru. They are very efficient and always get my orders right.
