Slow service, poor quality product, small portions… Everything you don’t want to experience at a Chipotle. Too bad, it’s a convenient location for me but not worth the $ for the experience you get.

I am a Chipotle fan! But this restaurant was the worst experience I have had with the chain. We were there on Saturday(11⁄21) at 2:00. Although it was not«prime time» the service was sluggish. The portion sizes were noticeably smaller than other locations. We were not asked if we wanted a drink or chips. Yes! The worst thing though was that we ate in, and were constantly having to bat away fruit flies. They were rampant. Still a fan of the brand but will not return to this location.

I have been to this location a few times, and have never been impressed… But today really made me angry. I went in at 11:05, right after they opened. There were about 8 people in front of me… And I waited 20 minutes in the line. I had to rush back to work and shove my face with the food. There were multiple individuals picking up carry out orders… and were angry with the delays. A bit skimpy on the ingredients. Some ingredients were not flavorful at all. They were out of guacamole before 11:30am! Won’t be back.

First and only visit to this location! I was in a long line with a mother and daughter in front of me that were getting 4 bowls. I was not paying them much attention but I just kept hearing them say can you give me more. They asked for rice 4 times. I thought goodness how much rice do they need? Then when it was my turn to order I also ordered a bowl and was not even given a full scoop of rice. I thought ok well now I understand. I said can I please have more rice? She obliged unhappily and gave me less than half of a spoon full. I then asked for the fajita mix of peppers(which was full) and she grabbed approx 6. I said can I please have some more peppers. I kid you not put 2 more pieces only and then said is that enough for you very rudely. I just moved on again not even a full scoop of steak. Whatever at this point I am already disappointed. Go through the salsas and ask for guacamole. They were out and someone behind the counter had already been mashing it so I said I could wait. So I paid the cashier(who was sweet as could be) and waited. When the guac came out she gave me again not even a full scoop. I said can I please have more guacamole? She said you will have to pay for it. I then told her I didnt care to pay for the guac because everything else was half ass might as well at least have guac to eat. I WILLNEVEREATATTHUSLOCATIONAGAIN. And if you want your money’s worth then drive to a different location. Every staff member with the exception of the cashier was rude and disrespectful.

Like others have said, the service here was really slow and the quality of the food was not as good as other Chipotles in town. From the other reviews it unfortunately doesn’t sound like I was there on a bad day. The staff they had were nice and seemed pretty efficient. They just need more people behind the counter at this location to keep the line to a minimum. Are individual Chipotles responsible for prepping/seasoning their own ingredients? If not, I have no idea why there’s a difference in flavor between this location and others.

Every time I’ve gone to this location the service has been so slow and the food is gross. This time the chicken was crunchy and burnt. I threw the whole bowl away. The black beans never have any flavor at this location, either. I’m never expecting 5 star dining when I go to chipotle, but this location is probably the worst I’ve been to.

Had the veggie tacos today. I normally love their black beans but today they were flavorless. The wait wasn’t long today which was awesome.

One of my favorite Chipotle’s in town. It’s less crowded than Hyde Park or Clifton and easily accessible as far as parking goes. They move quickly, they have what I need, and they staff is friendly. Like other people have stated, they do seem to give you a lot more than other locations. I’ve made this one my go-to location even if I have to drive just a little further.

I actually prefer this Chipotle over the Hyde Park one. I always feel like they are skimpy on their portions in HP, but you have enough for tomorrow’s lunch in Norwood. There can be a bit of a line when Xavier is in session, but nothing in comparison to HP.

Same great quality food you will find in any chipotle, however I have waited 20 minutes before to get up to where I can even place my order. Allow extra wait time if you are going to this location

One of the slowest locations I have ever been to. Went in last night for some tacos, they had 2 shells left, and said they didnt know if they would be making any more for the night, this was at 630PM. Seriously? Employees are slow and look very confused. I think I will drive to Hyde Park instead of this one from now on.

Just went at lunch and out of chicken… really? — — — — — — — — — Old review: I like the Chipotle menu but this location needs to work on customer service. I just get the sense that I am inconveniencing the employees by being there.

Like all Chipotle Mexican Grills, I always feel rushed when I order, but the food always comes out great. I usually get the Vegetarian Salad or Tacos with a side of Guacomole and Chips. Each time, the food is always good and you definately get what you paid for. This location is pretty clean and service is quick.

This chipotle is not as good as the one in Hyde Park, but it’s okay. The staff is a little slow with getting stuff on the line re-filled. They also ran out of iced-tea, which is a major turn off for me personally.

I like Chipotle, but I’m not a big fan of this particular location. I went on what you could consider the end of the lunch rush, and maybe the servers were all having a bad day, but they were very unpleasant. And I could do without the slinging of food. It made for a messy burrito bowl.

The Norwood Chipotle staff is fantastic. Our office now enjoys Chipotle every Tuesday for lunch, we fax over our order and they always have it ready for us when I come to pick up. Plus they always call to follow up that afternoon to make sure the order was exactly as ordered. Once a co-worker’s order was messed up, which they apologized and provided the next order for free. Thanks.

We stopped at Chipotle yesterday about 5pm on a Saturday. It was really filthy with trash on the floor, dirty tables and a messy drink station. There isn’t enough staff to keep things clean or help the people in a fast way. Really disappointing. We really like Chipotle but this location needs better supervision and a better manager. It was like a subway station it was so nasty.

I have been to Chipotle too many times to count. This location is within walking distance of my apartment and needless to say I have been here several times. It has always been clean and the service has been quick. I dont know if this necessarily qualifies as «fast food» but it is certainly good food fast. I would much rather spend the $ 10 here than at McDonald’s or Wendy’s(which are in the same plaza).
