We are moving again… AND GUESS WHO WE DECIDED NOT TO CALL BACK??? EXPERT MOVERS! You will regret it… They are rude, do not show up when they say they will and will hold your items hostage and say that it costs extra for the boys to put the things in the house and reassemble! We have called the bbb (they are not listed with them) and attorney generals office… THE LAWS NEED TO BE MADE STRICTER FOR MOVING COMPANIES… They changed their name just before we hired them because they had a bad rep and I didn’t do my research…

Not very happy with this move. I was impressed by the owner when he came over to meet me for the move — he sounded sincere. I had them move my furniture and put into storage for approx. 3 weeks until I completed work on my new home. My move was very costly and when they came back to return my furniture I had two of my TV’s that were damaged (screen was pixelized) they must have dropped or banged them. We had our boxes that were fragile marked just that but had 2 boxes that had all broken pieces in them. I called to let them know about it and he said he would call back but it’s been over a week and haven’t heard back. My move cost me approx. $ 3200. and to have damage and not even get a call back is in my opinion unprofessional. I would not recommend them at all.

Wow! I am still reeling by how rudely I was treated by Glenn! Once I read the other reviews here I realized I should not have been so surprised. I purchased a tractor mower from the previous owner of my new house who was storing it with Glenn along with his other belongings. We considered renting a trailer to move it to our house but in the end decided to spend a lttle more to have Glenn deliver it. The mower was delivered on time and the guys were great. They had removed multiple attachments from it to transport it but apparently forgot to deliver one piece. We discovered this the next day when we reassembled it. I called to ask about the part, figuring it was still sititng on the truck or in storage and would not be a big deal to have me pick it up. When Glenn called me back he was very defensive and started the conversation by telling me that he had done my husband a FAVOR by delivering the mower. Umm, we paid for that delivery… Then he proceeded to tell me that he clearly stated he wasn’t responsible for any mechanical failures of the mower and there was a flat and he had nothing to do with it. I never accused him of any failures, just simply and politely asking about a missing piece so I could mow the lawn. When I tried to tell him I understood that and just wanted the missing piece that the previous owner told me was physically on the mower when it was left in storage he told me it was mixed in on the trucks with all the other belongings, he would not go looking for it until it turned up in a few weeks when the belongings were delivered. He then began yelling at me that I was speaking nonsense! I was so appalled. What I thought was going to be a routine conversation entailing, «We are missing a piece». «Oh, I’m sorry, I will look for it, do you want us to deliver it or would you like to pick it up?» turned into Glenn yelling at me and treating me like garbage! I told him he was being rude and he told me I was the one being rude and hung up on me. Again, WOW! Maybe he figured I had just moved and would not need his services so he didn’t need to be professional with me but this was beyond any normal way for humans to interact and treat each other. I looked up his previous business on BBB and saw why he adjusted his business name… the amount of complaints are appalling.

Please read the dozens of all our horrific and in shock reviews. I am 40 plus. Have had 4 major moves across the country and this small one which could have fit jn a 16 ft truck. We used Glenn’s, now closed since 2011, 1 – 4 years ago. DO. NOT. COME. NEAR. these people. to escape our scathing reviews they closed Glenn’s in 2011. We wrote very detailed reviews in
