Front end of my car got badly damaged in an accident. Its a 335i. Miguel is the head of this location.
Very friendly, helpful, and has great customer service.
I am usually anxious when leaving my car with anyone for a long period of time. With This shop, never was worried. You can trust them with their work.
The work here is top notch. They get every little detail which most shops overlook. They do the job right the first time. Car looked better than it ever was when completed.
They also have worked on my dad’s F250 and 4Runner in the past. Excellent work with all of them.
Highly recommended and if the need arises, this is the only body shop I will take my cars too.

They fixed my Lexus a couple of years ago and I gave them 5 stars for their unbelievable customer service and quality work. Just recently, a friend scratched another car’s bumper exiting a parking space and I referred them to Moises. Well other party got an estimate from a different auto body shop for $ 2,000 and was floored. Other party was nice enough to try Moises. Moises said they can get part for $ 45 and make polish out bumper. Wow! Are these guys honest or what??? Kudos to this team.

Always extremely helpful. I was in an accident on my way to work, someone came to wait with the car so I could go to work. I referred a friend, who had been to a «cheap» mechanic and Moises was able to «clean up» the mess that was left.

ISSUE:
My 2007 Mini Cooper was backed into by another car. My first reaction was to take it to the same place where I took it last time someone hit me. I received a $ 2k+ quote, and shared quote with person that hit my car. She suggested I take it to MOISES. After reading reviews from the «other location» I decided to give them a shot…
MY EXPERIENCE:
Woa! Miguel (the owner) was super cool and informative, and really knows about «customer service»! He gave me a quote, which was lower due to him taking his time to do the proper research. (The other quote was $ 2k since the other Body Shop assumed I had more expensive headlights) He constantly kept me up to date by text (my preferred method of communication with him due to working hours)
RESULTS:
I showed up to pick up my car — It looked good as new! No broken headlamp, no squished bumber!
It was SUPER CLEAN and even some of the «black» trim of the car (exterior) which had been fading over time was black again!
He even replaced some clips that hold an exterior side panel (not part of accident) …not sure what it’s called, but it was lose prior to him fixing it! Before leaving the Body Shop, I knew that one of my break lights was not working, but had no idea how to replace the bulb. (it’s a mini, everything is MINI!!!) When I asked him for help, he quickly instructed one of his employees to replace it for me! WOO HOO!
OVERALL: Definitely worth every penny, my car feels NEW again! :)
