The absolute best collision center in town! These guys know how to work with your insurance and get you back on the road in no time!

Back in 2010 I was rear ended and my insurance referred me to this shop.
The customer service was great at the time, they even gave me a loaner car which helped me tremendously. Jenny is very helpful and accommodating, the owner is too. The time it took them to repair my car was also fairly quickly.
One of the great things about this shop is that they offer a lifetime warranty on the work/​paint. I had to bring my car back in to have the paint retouched and I cant wait to have my car back looking new.
Definitely recommend this shop.

My cousin called me last week and was so upset. He backed into a short pole but the bad part was it punched a hole in the bumper. He asked if I knew where he can get it repaired and I remembered that I noticed American Collision Center while driving. We called the shop and made an appointment for the car to be dropped off and given a quote. While giving us the quote they also explained what was needed for this repair to be done correctly. From this experience American Collision Center was very professional and extremely thorough. It didn’t feel like we were being pushed aside given the fact there was really expensive cars in there in the lot. They made it very easy to deal with this situation! I was referred to this shop a few weeks ago by my insurance agent for rear bumper repair resulting from an accident (not at fault). The staff was very friendly and the work was done nicely, except…
The day my car was ready, I called Nick in advance to let him know I was stopping by during my lunch hour to pick it up. He assured me it would be washed and ready by the time I arrived. As I’m nearing the shop, I spotted my car heading in the opposite direction. WTH! Flabbergasted, I pull up to the shop and asked Nick, «Where’s my car?» He had no idea a worker had driven it off the lot. I was livid!
1.) gave advance notice,
2.) on my lunch hour,
3.) heavy midday traffic — Reseda & Parthenia and guy was driving right into the madness!
The staff was clueless as to what was going on, they were scrambling trying to contact the j/​a to return to the shop. Here’s the kicker– when the guy finally walked into the lobby with my keys he says, «I was taking it out for a quick spin to make sure the alignment was okay.» WTF! My car was there for a bumper replacement! Needlesstosay, I missed out on lunch, clocked in late for work and was agitated by their carelessness and lack of consideration.
They deserve 3+ stars for the work, but I recommend you take a photo of your mileage & gas meter before leaving your car there.

My car was hit from behind. ACC repaired it beautifully and the back end looks like new. When one of the techs accidentally did one small thing which required a re-​repair (hey these things happen!) ACC stepped right up and ACTUALLY PAID ME FOR MY INCONVENIENCE! I totally did not expect this. They are super helpful and fast and will give your car back to you clean and detailed by their full-​time staff of cleaners. I would enthusiastically recommend these guys to anyone needing collision repairs. Top notch, no nonsense professionals all.

I came here because some idiot rear ended me two weeks ago, and this is his insurance companies shop to get a quote. They were fast and efficient, and friendly. My poor car has been in 3 accidents in two years, none that were my fault. I ended up getting it fixed at Northridge collision center, because that is who has fixed it all three times before. This place quoted 175.00 less and missed an inside part that needed to be replaced, but they did not take the bumper off when doing the quote either. I have since sold the bad JUJU car and got a brand new Camaro.

I have had a few different incidents with my vehicle unfortunately, never the less these guys at American Collision had made it pain less and easy for me. AMAZING WORK GUYS THANK YOU!!!

These guys were great. Our corvette got smashed while sitting in our driveway and our insurance company recommended this repair shop. Carlos, the man we dealt with, was thorough and friendly. His team restored the car back to it’s original condition with all new parts and the cost was much less than two other facilities. We would definitely take our vehicle there again.

RUN AWAY!
Do not take your vehicle to these people! My neighbor accidentally backed into my Tahoe earlier this month and insurance directed me to American Collision to fix my door because it wouldn’t due to the damage. Upon inspection I was told it would be fixed in three days. I dropped it off, rented a car and was on my way. I called the second day to check on its progress and was told it would take 9 days to fix because they needed to replace my right fender. FENDER! It was my door! They said insurance had already approved it and not to worry. I extended my rental and waited. One week later I called again and was told I could pick it up that night. My husband and I show up and it is almost finished being washed. The door and fender look great.
I get in my car total excited until I see that there is an additional 320 miles on my car! Are you kidding me! My husband questions the manager on duty and am told I am wrong about the starting miles. Then my husband pulls out the receipt and shows him I’m not wrong. The manager then states that the shop must have written the beginning miles incorrectly when I dropped it off. There is no way my car had over 101,000 miles on it when I left it. Nor did it have a full tank of gas! This car informs me of the oil life as well and it went from 12% to 6% during its time at this shop. Don’t tell me my car was not driven.
320 miles is equal to Palm Springs and back!
When pressed further regarding the additional miles the manager said,“I have two brand new Jaguars here, why would anyone want to drive this.” Are you kidding me!
I have been in touch with my insurance company and they have assured me that the owner would be calling to speak with me. It has been a week!
The men that work on these cars do a good job, but management is awful! Customer cars are used and miles are hidden from customers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I just lost 320 miles off my warranty! Don’t let them do it to you”

This place is GREAT! Everyone is very helpful and attentive. They also have Spanish speaking estimators! Most cars look like if nothing ever happened to them! Once they finish fixing your car they clean it inside and out. At least one or two estimators are always willing to wait after closing hour in case you are running late. They have connections with Hertz and Enterprise and they have their own rental vehicles also in case you need one. Tjeir jobs are LIFE TIME GUARANTEED! Open MON-​FRI 8am-​5pm and SAT 7am-​12pm SUN: closed. Over all an excellent place to get your car fixed! I definately recommend this auto shop!

Carlos at ACC was very helpful and kind. I had a great experience here and would definitely do business here again. They fixed my car even sooner than they said it would take. All in all, I highly recommend these guys to take of your car and do quality work at a reasonable price.

I have been coming to American Collision for YEARS! Paul and Azad are the owners of the place and they have always been great to me. Between my wife and I, I have brought them our cars at least 6 times. The work the perform on our cars has always been top notch. Anytime a car has damage and needs to be repaired you run a chance of having to go back for some adjustments and touch ups. These guys will make sure that every thing is done right and never give a hard time if you are .01% concerned about something. For the one reviewer that gave them one star for having to go back 3 times, I’m sure they continued to help you make sure you were 100% happy. Just think about how many parts compromise a car, how things do not align afterwards and how much work it takes to put it back to factory. Give me a break dude. The last time I was there I worked with a guy named Logan who was great at keeping my posted on my car’s progress and was very enthusiastic about his job and service.
I will ONLY trust American Collision to work on my car.

Just got my car back today and it looks better then it did before my accident! The entire staff was amazing, especially Carlos!!! They go above and beyond; even drove me themselves to the rental car place. I highly recommend taking your car here!

Brought in my car on a couple occasions for some light bumper work and they were super quick and super professional.

I was pretty scared to have my car worked on here based on the other review, but I’m glad I didn’t let it scare me away. After an accident they fixed my back end up super quickly and matched the paint perfectly. It only took about one week, and I’m very happy with the results.
