Express Towing

I was referred to Ben and Express Towing from Ali at Hovee’s Auto Body shop (another great local business). I needed to have my car towed to the shop for repairs. Ben was super friendly, helpful, and punctual. It was very easy to schedule when I needed the tow. The first time I scheduled it I actually had to cancel and set it up the following week. It was not a problem and Ben was very flexible with me. Reasonably priced and great service. Would definitely call them again if I need towing service. Thanks, Ben!

If I could give no stars and just write a review, the sun would shine forever. Our Passat occasionally gets stuck in gear and for that reason we leave it parked. However a friend was in distress, so against my better judgement I head across the street of my apartments to lend my compadre a hand.
Clearly life decided to take place, leaving my car stuck in park. So after about an hour of honking, yelling, and fighting off passing psychopaths trying to pick fights with my mother and I. We decided to call good olé Towing Express! Or so we thought .
The guy arrived in about 15 minutes and was able to tow our car 15 feet into our apartment parking lot. After he kindly did so, he stuck his hand out and said «$ 100 bucks please.» My mothers mouth nearly dropped. Our car had previously gotten stuck before, a few miles over, costing us $ 80 bucks .
You mean to tell me, that you’re going to charge us 100 smackaroos for an across the street tow !!!
My mom swore she’d write a bad review .
So here I am, letting you all know .
If you have money to wipe your ass with, this is your place .
Oh, he did give my mom $ 20 bucks back. However, that didn’t discourage me from writing this review .
80.00 is more than a rip off to tow a car less than 15 feet, literally. So for that, Express Towing, you may suck it :-*

Ben did a stellar job showing up quickly and helping jump the battery. I ended up having to be towed anyway, so Ben got me towed to a trusted mechanic in the area. Ben really came through for me, and gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to Über. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I love Unilocal and that’s where I went to see if the towing company I choose was a good pick. They were excellent! Besides the great price, they got to me in 15 minutes at 11pm! When the driver arrived he asked me a few questions to see if maybe he will be able to fix the problem, maybe a wire got disconnected etc. Who does that?! You would think he will want to tow your car and get paid, not help solve the problem before towing it to your mechanic. Also, my husband wanted to pick me up so I don’t drive back with driver late at night, i told him the driver is super nice and not to worry, but he insisted. The driver waited 30 minutes with me until my husband arrived! What an amazing service! Great job Express Towing :)

My car broke down in a plaza in granada hills and i saw the sign posted for Express Towing so i gave them a call. They arrived in about 10 mins and took my car to my family friends shop. The cool part was the driver offered to take me home free of charge. Thank you guys!!!

Ben and his team at Express Towing are exactly what you need. Highly recommend.
We needed to tow our RV to the site where it is being overhauled. Ben consulted with me on the phone and determined which truck was needed and quoted me a price. Scheduled the appointment for 9am on Sunday and the tow truck showed up 15 minutes early! So awesome.
The driver was so friendly and pleasant, yet super professional. He helped us to try and get the RV started, but when it wouldn’t because the battery was too far gone, he busted out the wench and dragged this RV onto the truck.
We waited 30 minutes to leave and meet him at our destination, which was about 45 minutes from our house. We caught up with him on the way and followed him to the destination.
The service was excellent and the driver was very cognizant of the weight of the vehicle and took all appropriate measures to ensure our vehicle was delivered safely and efficiently.

Being a single female new in town, I often refer to Unilocal for the «all-​too-​fun» car repair services we females are forced to search for out of utter desperation. So what’s a girl to do in these inevitable predicaments? Luckily on THIS occasion, these handy Unilocal reviews have proven themselves a true value. Legitimate consumers have no reason to lie.
That said, I’ll make a long story longer and confirm the positive reviews of this tow company. I have been witness to many BS hidden fees and obscene charges that it’s a wonder we women even bother driving cars at all! Lol! (I kid)
These guys are timely, cost effective, on-​call, and surprisingly attentive towards customer service. Huge breath of fresh air for ANY tow company in my opinion.
Save yourself a lot of hassle and call these guys. You won’t be sorry!

My cousin and I got stuck at a busy intersection and we had no other option but to call a tow truck. The tow only took a couple of minutes and we were at a auto shop shortly after. The man extremely helpful and I couldn’t be more happy with the service we got today!

Just wanted to express on how i had a horrible car issur and luckly was able to get my vehicle towed home quick and easy. Driver was polite and a pleasure to talk to. Express toe has hreat deals and outstanding customer service. Would recommend to every one!

I got stock in Valencia with my ATV, had a problem with my engine oil pressure so I called express towing to rescue me they showed up lass less then an hour, the price was very reasonable and they were very professional and very friendly. thank you guys for everything thanks for helping me for the third time so far :)

highly recommend this place. Gave these guys a call and bam came in less then 10 minute. Hassle Free and arrived at mechanic shop within 10 minute. Excellent service, Ben has a good sense of humor which is a plus for customer service.

I’d like to give Express Tow 4 stars because they took just over an hour to arrive (as I sat on the sidewalk beside my overheated car) when they stated 30 – 35 minutes, but when the driver showed up he was very pleasant and just a good guy.
No drama, no nonsense, just easy. He loaded the car, I jumped in the truck which was nice and clean (a pleasant surprise), we had some light conversation and an easy drive.
$ 75 plus $ 5 per mile seemed reasonable for a flatbed (AWD car) and 17 miles later I was home with my broken car
I’m giving them 5 stars because there was no undue BS to deal with, which is a nice thing in a world full of dishonesty
