Ben was absolutely the best thing that append to me that day! After AAA could not come and get me and one more private company did not show up… Ben received call from my husband (at this point I was stranded for 3 hours in Sherman Oaks) and called me imminently from his truck: «I will be there in 20 minutes» and he arrived in 15! Thank you Ben!!! I just was happy to arrive safe at my mechanic :)

Would definitely recommend this company. They arrived when they said they would, and the driver was really friendly. Had no problems.

They are hands down the best towing company I have ever worked with! My car was totaled in an accident. There was some confusion with another towing company and my car was left in Van Nuys! Ben drove from Canoga Park in rush hour to get my car before it was impounded. Thank you Ben, you are awesome. Great customer service.

Amazing service! I called ahead for a quote for a flat bed tow truck and their price was so much better than the other competitors prices, that I booked them on he spot. Very prompt service, they arrived right on time and loaded my car right up on the flat bed. The driver was really nice and made short work of loading up car. I can’t recommend these guy enough. Very professional and really exemplary service!

I used their services for the second time this year. This time I had to change the tire. there was no spare in our truck. I called them and they came in 10 minutes, fast and wonderful service.

Wow. I was stuck on 405 fwy with my car on a rush hour. Called express towing to pick me up my car and deliver it to the bmw dealer in Beverly Hills. The driver showed up in 25 min. They had a brand new flatbed, very clean and professional. Thanks you express tow. Highly recommend to every one.

So we had a radiator crack and our towing situation turned into a smashing into a different car calling the police situation, so the tow truck driver had said he wouldn’t charge us for the service because of the situation his boss went back on his word and charged us because he couldn’t settle the situation of smashing into a relatives car, basically this tow service was horrible, yes they did tow the car home but they also smashed into the back of someone’s car and also charge us even though they said they wouldn’t

Ben came to help me out and give me a tow. He was very quick and efficient. Also a friendly ride on the way to the auto shop. Thanks for the easy services, relieving some of the stress from my car troubles

I was driving my 2012 Porsche Panamera on the fwy 118. my check engine light came on and my car stop driving. I call my insurance company and express towing and transport came out to rescue me. Express towing send me a brand new flatbed tow truck which I requested on my despatch. The driver was super professional and super careful with my car. They did awesome job. Recently had a problem with my BMW e46 and was very lucky to find this great company in SFV since my car is been dropped and is very hard to tow. I was just amazed with the service this company provided me especially with their especial truck wich only took a very short time to get my car on the bed and was dropped off to my mechanic shop without any scratches on my front bumper.
Definitely recommend this towing company if your care about your car and especially you want no damage on your vehicle while is been towed.

So what’s a girl to do in these inevitable predicaments? Luckily on THIS occasion, these handy Unilocal reviews have proven themselves a true value. Legitimate consumers have no reason to lie.
That said, I’ll make a long story longer and confirm the positive reviews of this tow company. I have been witness to many BS hidden fees and obscene charges that it’s a wonder we women even bother driving cars at all! Lol! (I kid)

Tow came promptly and was respectful. He knew what he was doing and was upfront about everything.
He also informed me about how other tows come to your accident site so quick without you calling them. They have police scanners that listen to all the calls.

Very nice and reliable company. I was referred to them by my Machanic. They helped me out over the weekend with towing one of my company vans. They towed it staight to the Machanic shop. I was not bothered. Really smooth and easy.
