When Richard started his business in 2000, his main concern was to grow his business with ethics, honesty and integrity. The absolute best possible termite and pest control company in Los Angeles County. I called and spoke to Jennifer… she was so nice, friendly and helpful that I hired them. I was told by a termite company that I had termites and needed to tent my home. After researching the matter, I realized that the best solution would be to call a termite company that did both tenting and eco friendly termite removal services. Jennifer also referred me to a duo company closer to my area. I had both companies come out and assess the problem. Jennifer sent out Brandt to my house. The other company wanted to charge me extra money for the wrong reasons. I hired Eco, not only because they were totally honest but also because of Jennifer and Brandt.
We did all the repairs needed and they gave me the Certificate of Completion that there were no termites on my property.
Due to there honesty, I saved close to $ 3000.
I could not be happier. I would give them 10 stars if this were possible. Use them and you’ll be happy too!

I live in a condo complex. Eco Concepts was hired for a free inspection of the ENTIRE complex. Was supposed to call me to make arrangements to enter the complex. Instead – he showed up at 8 am this morning with NO appointment scheduled. Just showed up with NO notice, just «here I am, can you let me in?». Did NOT do the full inspection, but just one unit.
NOT professional at all.

Termite inspector was professional and seemed thorough, and said he’d send me the report the following day. Three days later I had to call the office and ask for the termite report, then had to call back twice that afternoon (a Friday before a holiday weekend) to get them to actually send it. They then sent an incorrect and incomplete report and left for the weekend.
This is while I’m in contract on a house with narrow inspection deadlines, and everyone is waiting for our request for repairs. The following week I had to call the inspector directly and remind him what he had found in the inspection, and ask why he left it off the report. He apologized and did eventually send a complete report later that day, which was now a week after my inspection, after I’d already sent the incorrect info to the sellers. They didn’t trust the report after all this and hired another company to do their own inspection, which found further issues that Eco Concepts didn’t find.
I wouldn’t use a company that wasted a week of our time and sent an unprofessional and incorrect report. I just looked at my call history and it took 7 calls to their office to eventually get a correct report out of them. This wasn’t an unusual or difficult job, there’s no reason it should have taken so long and so much aggravation on our end. I wouldn’t recommend them.

These guys really are great. On top of really knowing the extermination business, they understand what a service business actually is.
After the rains in March ’16 we had a terrible infestation in our guesthouse. Think Amityville Horror. We called Eco Concepts and Gilbert, who schedules the crews, got someone to the house the next day. I was worried we had termites and to be honest at that point would have paid anyone any amount of money to get rid of them. However Albert, the inspector told me they were just ants and even inspected the whole house just in case. The next day Bryant came out and for $ 175, sprayed for ants.
Here’s where it got good. The next day (Saturday of course) the guesthouse was filled with ants. My wife’s freaking out, we had to cancel our guests, etc. I called back Eco Concepts and Richard the owner answered. He had Bryant come back at the end of the day to spray again. Bryant told me the problem was it was a big colony and not to worry, it would eventually die off.
Even so, on Monday Richard the owner came out to take a look. (Remember, this was only for a $ 175 service.) He inspected and found the nest and even sprayed between the walls.
Final result: No ants, a very happy customer and my first Unilocal review because I actually found someone worth writing a review about.

This is now my second experience with Eco Concepts. First they rid my house of rats which i reviewed their professionalism earlier. Top notch!
This time was fumigation.
First off, they couldn’t be any sweeter to deal with on phone when setting up an inspection and appointment. They sent Albert out to get me set up for a 2 night fumigation. Albert is the best. So nice and informative and he didnt oversell me or bombard me with unnecessary options. He was right to the point and came up with the best and most effective solution!!!
I was nervous about leaving my house unattended for 2 nights because i have heard horror stories about robberies or coming home to a mess after the workers tear they your house. I just got home and its like it never happened. The house looks exactly how it was when i left it. Its insane to me that i cant even tell anyone was here! Thats real professionalism! Don’t hesitate to use these guys. The best, hands down. They called me over the 3 days with updates and kept me informed the whole time. (Thank you Gilbert for all the updates!). I even had to call Albert to thank him personally for all the great work him and his team did. I wanna take them all out for drinks because how great they were!

Ask for Frank because if it wasn’t for him I would second guess the entire thing. He is on time, professional and knows his business. Loved working with him and if I need another pest control I know where to go. They are def more competitive than Orkin and the rest of the bug busters I called.

Don’t waste your time with other pest companies. We’ve tried many others with no success.
Richard came out to inspect the house and spent about 3 hours finding the rodents entry points. Many were on the roof and in the garage. A team came out to clean, sanitize and seal all entry points. Traps were set and inspected every 3 days for a few weeks. We haven’t had any problems since.
Eco Concepts knows what they are doing and how to proof your house from unwanted pests. All of the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and arrive on time.
Our home backs up to open spaces and Eco Concepts was able to find and seal all entry points. Problem solved. We use them for routine service and have had no problems since. Call them first… problem solved.

Just had Albert come out from the company and he was amazing— HONEST, thorough, and knowledgeable. In the end he found no evidence of termites (it was water damage) or rats, and had very reasonable pricing to help get rid of the crickets that have been driving us nuts in the garage. I would highly recommend them.

We had an issue with rats in our attic. Richard came out to inspect it the same day I called. From there he sent out his team to rat proof the attic and crawl space. They came out every 2 days for the next 2 weeks to check on the traps. They did a fantastic job with the rat proofing and we now have peace of mind that no rodents will get in.
After we were free and clear of rodents we hired Eco Concepts to remove all the old toxic insulation in the attic and install new insulation. Being an eco-​friendly household, we were happy to hear that the new insulation they use was made with recycled newspaper & recycled denim. Thomas spent 8 hours clearing out the old insulation and then sanitizing the attic. He’s an incredibly hard worker who never came up for air.
Their whole team is professional, courteous and are nice enough to clean up any mess that might be made. I highly recommend this company for both services.

Albert came to check out what I thought might be a termite issue. He turned up on time and had to crawl under the house to check out the floorboards. His report was normal wear and tear and no sign of infestation. A relief for me and a pleasure to deal with an honest and efficient company.

I hired Eco Concepts to do a thorough inspection of my house for termites. Richard came out and gave us a report. We got another company to come out but didn’t feel right about them.
Since 2013, Eco has come out any time we have had any issues or questions. They show up on time, they don’t complain, very hard working, never try to get out of doing the job right, and the best part is that they are honest people. That is commendable! In this day and age when it’s hard to trust people coming in your house to do work, these guys just come in, do the work, they explain everything, answer questions, and always are willing to help with solutions!

Contacted Eco Concepts to help me with my rodent problem! Rich was very professional and arrived on time. Inspected my home and found the source of my problem. Traps set and hours later, caught to little critter. After 5 days of trying on my own, Eco Concepts solved the problem in a couple hours. I would highly recommend these guys.

We had some noise in our attic which freaked my wife out. Called another company who were nice, price was a little higher but were really pushing an upsell of replacing all of our attic insulation in addition to sealing up any possible entry ways for the animals. They also told us the price they offered already included a Unilocal discount.
I wanted a second opinion. Eco came out and pretty much told us the same thing, even about the insulation but said they could fix the problem without it. They have us the Unilocal discount on the spot, installed traps and set an appointment for the next day to seal up the house.
It took 2 – 3 visits to seal up everything but it worked. They also had no problems coming back everytime we heard attic activity.
Highly recommended.
