C&c Motors Aka 9 West Motors

I’ve now purchased 3 cars with C & C Motors… my first back in 2002! Steve, owner, was so helpful, knowledgeable and thorough and really took the time to help me choose the car that would fit me. The prices and selection of cars are great… so much that I’ve gone back every time I’ve needed a new car! Thanks so much, C & C Motors!

I’ve purchased 2 Volvos from C&C. Very fair pricing, nicely curated selection, and they know their stuff! Steered me in the right direction both times. (No pun intended!)

We purchased a used car from C&C Motors for our son. Took the car for a test drive, really went through the car — everything appeared to be in order. He drove the car once and it broke down! The transmission seized and could not be driven. A wrecker had to come pick it up.
C&C does warranty their cars, which we were grateful for; however their response to the car breaking down was so disappointing. They have not been cooperative at all. The car was delivered back to them by flat bed tow truck on a Saturday. It sat in their lot for a week and they did nothing. Finally, after daily calls to them, they had it towed to a mechanic. The entire transmission has to be replaced.
I would not be writing such a negative review if C&C aka 9westmotors had shown even an ounce of remorse or said «we apologize but we are committed to making it right.» They have gone out of their way to make this difficult for us.
You take a risk buying a used car — we get that. The low rating is for the lack of customer service, bad attitude, and the complete absence of working with even a small sense of urgency to repair the car.
