Standard Motel 6 fare. The rates are reasonable, there are Basic amenities on site(laundry room etc). Competent staff. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Free Wi-Fi, and for once, signal strength is good and logon is very easy.

The motel is very dirty and has bad smells. The sheets were stained and ripped. the bathroom wasn’t clean and had mold.

Rooms were not clean. The extra bed(pull out bed) given was a joke. It had all metal popping up and would have hurt my back badly. It had all sorts of stains and I never felt like even sitting in that one for a min. The hallway was smelling bad.

This place is just okay. We wanted a cheap place to stay for the night and that’s exactly what we got. It’s clean enough, but the entire building had a slightly odd smell to it. The rooms are an average size and have a tv, mini fridge, and desk but the décor is seriously lacking(the bedspreads look like they should be in a child’s room). Booking sites mentioned a surcharge for Wifi but I was able to log on with no password or fee. Avoid this place if you’re a light sleeper as the walls are thin. At various points between 2 and 10 am I could easily hear a family with a young child talking for a while, someone watching wresting on TV, and another person’s phone alarm going off. They don’t allow late check out and there are no complimentary toothbrushes/toothpaste, you have to buy it from the vending machine. However there is someone at the desk all night so late check in isn’t Also the bathrooms only have soap for toiletries. A lot of the reason for the one-star rating I’m giving is the horrible customer service I’ve received. I left my phone charger plugged in the wall of my room and while I expected that a member of staff would just take it to keep for themselves, I certainly expected better customer service when I called. I’ve called the desk number multiple times, on occasion no one answers, the rest of the time I get«there’s nothing here but I’ll take your phone number and call you back» with zero returned phone calls. Bottom line: expect bare minimum.

Upon checkin the clerk(owner — by the way he talks) greeted us, but then the phone rang. Without further acknowledging us he proceeded to make us wait there awkwardly for another 4 minutes while he booked a reservation and answered every single one of the caller’s questions. When we were finally«blessed» with his attention again, he checked us in rather grumpily. As soon as we walked into our non-smoking room, it was obvious that the room had been smoked in very recently. When I went to the desk to let him know, his response was short with me. «I only know these things if housekeeping tells me!» He then asked me if I would like it spray freshened, and I said yes. However, before I could even get that out he had already started to walk away from me. He never showed up to do it, so we were stuck with letting the smoke seep into all of our belongings. Oh, and there is no breakfast but there is complimentary coffee. Unless, of course, you happen to get there at 8:45am. Then, it is already out and will not refill it. Yet, they supposedly have it until 10am. Skip this place!!!

This is a halfway decent Motel 6 location, which I am somewhat convinced was rebranded from another hotel chain at one point. The furniture and décor doesn’t match any other Motel 6 I’ve been to, and that’s OK, because you do get a fridge and a dresser in the hotel rooms. The linens were clean(but the pillows were typical flimsy Motel 6 quality), but the bathrooms could use an update. Wi-Fi was free, but spotty at best. Front desk staff was courteous and efficient. This is an OK place for a quick night’s stop before hitting the road again in the morning, but that’s probably about it.

Room was very large and clean, however only 2 stars because between 10:30 to 11:30am we were disturbed three times — twice by Housekeeping wanting us to leave so they could clean the room, and once by telephone from the front desk asking us if we were checking out. Okay okay! Check out is at 12, and we have /never/been bugged like this before to leave.(The Mister and I are at the end of a 5 day drive across the states, so we feel a bit like Motel 6 connoisseurs at this point) That aside, like I said, nice room, good rates — nifty shower — but we probably won’t be coming back due to the constant morning hassle.

This may be the last Motel 6 on earth with free wifi, which is great, and the price was right. We checked the bed bug registry and the room and found no bugs, however, the whole place reeked so strongly of mothballs/some kind of treatment that we then smelled that way for days, even after we were home. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was fine, but they need longer curtains. Too much light in the morning, it was like not having window coverings at all. I might stay here again, but likely I would try somewhere else.
