If you are yearning to be in community with folks who are kind, supportive, light-hearted, and welcoming; who are interested in becoming more deeply aware of who and how they are through moving their bodies and breathing; and who are invested in their own well-being as well as spreading good vibes, then join me and my gang of dedicated yogis for class on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and one-on-one Reiki and Restorative Yoga sessions.
I offer affordable alignment-based vinyasa-style yoga classes geared to every body. Our classes are filled with inspirational readings, fun music, chanting and of course, breathing practices and yoga postures designed to help open and stretch the body so you can let go of the day-to-day stresses and feel more comfortable in your body and more present in your life.
I also offer private Reiki and Restorative Yoga sessions designed to relieve tension and stress, manage anxiety, and bring about a deep sense of inner peace and wellness.
History
Established in 2004.
Yoga Bliss yoga classes were born out of my desire to share the beauty of yoga with my community in an affordable and accessible way.
Meet the Business Owner
Beth T.
Business Owner
Beth is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She received her yoga initial certification from Laughing Lotus Yoga Center, and has gone on to study restorative yoga with Judith Lasater and anatomy with Jason Brown. In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, she is a Reiki Practitioner and loves running and playing with her dogs.
