I learned the pool business for two years working with a company that has been in business for 20 years. Starting my own company in 2006 with a customer base of around 20, we have more than tripled our clientele size based on customer referrals alone.

Being family owned and operated allows us to give a personalized touch to our services, which helps to ensure customer service and happy customers.

When I was researching online for a pool expert for some repairs earlier this month, I emailed the thorough details to about 30 licensed and bonded individuals/​businesses, after reviewing their contractor’s license, up in North County and Lance rose to the top like a star. Knowledgeable, personable, trustworthy, timely, great followup and dedicated to his craft willing to teach the uneducated. And very important to me… he is up to speed in the digital age… texting, emails, paperless. Add icing to the cake… he is up in my area weekly doing regular pool maintenance so he is a breeze to schedule. Customer satisfaction! Highly recommend!

Watters Clean Pool Service has been taking care of our pool for at least 5 years now, maybe more. Lance is by far the best pool guy… unfortunately we worked with many before meeting him!
Number one, he is reliable… a rare breed in his industry, he shows up as scheduled.
