I started in the pest control industry fifteen year ago working for a pest control company handling commercial accounts. Two years after, I moved to another pest control company to do live bee hive removal; also wasps and general pest. All these years gave me the opportunity to have the necessary experience to open my own business. In addition, I learned that customer service is very important in this business.

We recently used Bee Solution to remove a beehive in our attic. Eloy was the one that I dealt with. He was very professional and helpful explaining the beehive removal. It was removed in a timely matter. Unfortunately, two weeks later we received phone call from tenants and they said they heard rats. Although the hive was removed, there was some residual honey left behind. Rats apparently like honey. I called Eloy and he was quick to come back and now take care of the rodent problem. He had to set trap and also cover several spots that the rats could get inside attic. Other than feeling that Bee Solution was pricey, I feel he was very good. I would highly recommend Eloy from Bee Solutions.

Eloy is fantastic. I was visiting my dad in LA, and discovered bees in his electrical box. Eloy came within an hour of my call on a Friday afternoon, patiently explained my options. I can not rave enough about «A Bee Solution»! I called this morning, Saturday 4⁄18 and spoke with Eloy the owner about my Bee problem. He arrived at my home within a half hour, fully assessed the problem and addressed options to resolve the matter. He was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and professional. He treated the Bee situation that day, and his work was neat. I was given a limited warranty and advised to call him back if I saw any activity, that he would take care of it. I was very impressed with the service and already recommended «A Bee Solution» to my neighbors. Thank you Eloy!

I called on Sat. morning, 8/​16, to report bees swarming under the eave at the front of our house. Eloy Ruiz took the call. He was extremely courteous and professional and I felt comfortable that he could help us. He promised to come by between 12 and 1 PM and was right on time. By then the bees were swarming big time but Eloy took care of them expertly and efficiently. We feel we’ve got someone who we can rely on for bees or other insect problems (not termites), rodents, etc. in the future as problems arise.

A gardener told me we had a wasp’s nest on a backyard hillside. Eloy Ruiz of A Bee Solution came over within hours of my phone call. He confirmed the problem, then efficiently and professionally removed the nest. He took the destroyed nest away, told us we had a 3 month guarantee, and charged us what seemed a fair price.
