We, at Charleston Heating + Air, are a residential heating and air conditioning company servicing the Charleston Lowcountry. We’ve seen rapid growth since opening in 2009 due to our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality of service and equipment. Our knowledgeable technicians and office staff have 20+ years of experience and are always available to answer questions and assist individuals to make the repair and installation process run smoothly.

Business Owner

Mr. Miller has over 12 years experience in the HVAC business and has been in many different divisions including Residential and Commercial Sales, Territory manager for equipment and supplies, Marketing Consultant and Owner/​Manager/​Consultant for many companies throughout the United States.

He is a graduate from Salisbury University in Maryland, Class of 2001, with a major in Marketing Communications and a minor in Business Management. He founded Healthy Air Services July 5, 2007 and merged it into Charleston Heating and Air January 1, 2009.
