DON’T GO HERE AND WARN OTHERS! I bought a voucher online for 3 oil changes last month. The purchase gave a mobile download that had QR codes that could be conveniently scanned from my phone. After making an appointment and letting them know about my voucher, I rushed to this place after work to get an oil change I desperately needed. Once I arrived, I was told they couldn’t scan my code from my phone and that it had to be printed out. Uh, why the F* would you allow customers to have the download if you didn’t accept them?! It was even advertised that the QR codes were available for convenience. The big/​fat guy that was «helping» me said when they took over 6 months ago things changed and they didn’t know who to contact. That’s poor management if you let half a year go by without contacting the necessary parties about your changes. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they couldn’t even do anything to help me even if I showed them proof of my voucher. I had to make another appointment and return with a printout. I hope this place goes out of business for the sake of others.

Urgh I’m not a fan. I bought a «deal» for 3 oil changes and it would have been great, but they got me in the end. Almost $ 500 and 5 hours wasted today for brakes and a gasket. The worst part was when the guy behind the counter tried to tell me I needed a tuneup, when I had one done recently. At that point I lost all faith. I’m getting so fucking pissed I was just about ready to leave but the check engine light is on now so I’m still stuck here! I will never return

Cheap oil change-​$ 17.88 for my 2005 Kia Rio but an alignment is $ 79! You win some you loose some.

Norco tires is a rip off I use to go to them all the time. I went about two weeks ago. I guess they changed owners service people were not very polite and charged 27.00 to repair a tire. Had anther issue with a tire yesterday went to another shop closer to my work the people there were nice and it cost me 7.00. Won’t be going back to Norco tires. What happen to them being about looking out for the customer and wanting return business. New owners new staff at Norco Tires no good

I came in because my tire pressure light came on. The gentleman who served me has a tattoo on his neck. He told me my pressure was actually over in all my tires and had me drive so more to see if it would turn off. He wanted to put the computer in and see if there was a deeper problem, but seeming as I just had another tire patched because of a nail, I asked him to check for nails. Turns out I did have a nail and they patched it up. Kinda pricey but I’ve noticed my car isn’t so hard to control now and feels so much smoother. Thanks so much for your service, I tried to tip you but the guy at the counter wouldn’t let me :(.

Went here to find out what was wrong with my truck. Front end was shaking and pulled hard, heard lots or rattling underneath and wobbling wheels. Since I’m no expert, I took it locally. After an entire day and at least $ 2000 later, they said I was good to go. New tires, realignment, new struts and assured me that was the issue.
Well not even 6 months later, my truck takes a dump on me. Shaking and instability got even worse. Then my rear tire blew a seal and the only thing holding my axle in place were my brakes!
I took it to an off road specialty place 30 minutes away (T&J Performance, 5 stars by the way). He called me the following day and had me come in and SHOWED me what was wrong. Pretty much my drive shaft was about to fall off and was banging against my frame, rear axle had metal shards all inside along with 0 differential fluid remaining. My wheel bumps and steering stops were also either crushed or missing.
After having it done again by REAL professionals, I was finally good.
This place will lie and guess to make a dollar instead of saying «we don’t know or cant fix your problem». I was a loyal customer but after this incident, it left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be going back ever. Not even for an oil change.

Unilocal really should allow 0 star ratings for businesses like Norco Tires! If you are in the mood for being completely fleeced, look no further than Norco Tires. Took my car in after a tire blow out on the freeway, also had a check engine light on and notice their claim to be «full service» so gave them a shot. After initial inspection of tires by sales rep, I was notified that my tires were in dire need of replacement, after a blow out on the freeway it had no problem replacing all 4 tires. I mentioned the check engine light and was reassured that they would take good care of the car. Later I was called and told that my car needed shocks, struts, control arms, brakes, and a few other items I had no idea what they were (I am not a mechanic, what the hell do I know?) I agreed to the work believing that my car would be restored to good running condition. 2 hours after picking up my car the check engine light came back on, after taking it back I was told the turbo was bad and they had no idea of that issue prior. I was livid! How could my car all of the sudden have a new issue?!? After a discussion with the «manager» I was told that I am too difficult!?? I took my car to the dealership to have it fixed correctly, the dealer mechanic called Norco Tires to get details of their work and was told that they urged me to take it to the dealer because they wouldn’t be able to fix, LIE! Also, doesn’t sound like «full service»
Save your time, money, blood pressure, and piece of mind and go anywhere else.
Dateline please conduct an investigation on Norco Tires!!!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Not the old Norco Tires that we all knew, loved and trusted! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! If I could give it zero stars I would. When you are telling them what service you want they ask if you want to «Sign up for their membership program»…THIS IS A SCAM! They say membership program as if it is some sort of Rewards program or something. Unless you want to apply for a GOODYEAR CREDIT CARD DO NOT DO IT! I said no because I was in a hurry, but I heard other people getting asked the same question over and over again. I was speaking with a woman in the waiting area and she told me about how she signed up for their «membership program». One month later she was checking her credit score and she had a hard inquiry on her credit report from this place because she got denied on their credit card application. She was telling me how she has been trying to get her credit score up and this totally screwed it up. Also while I was in there a man walked up to the counter and he was asked if he wanted to «sign up for their membership program». I stood up and told him that it is a credit card and he said «Ohhhh no no no no no! I don’t want a credit card!» And he came up to me after and thanked me for letting him know because he probably would have signed up for it. He told me how he has been trying to get his house refinanced and if he had gotten denied it would have messed up his credit score. I tried to talk to the people that worked here and told them that they need to change their wording and make sure to include the words CREDIT CARD when talking to people because it is really going to screw people over. I was telling this to one of the workers and the man who kept asking people if they wanted to sign up for the rewards program… RUSSELL…wouldn’t even acknowledge me or look at me. I told them that they need to tell people it is a credit card application. If they don’t it can really screw some people over. If you get accepted it looks bad on your credit report to cancel a credit card and if you get denied it looks even worse. It comes up as a hard inquiry and stays on there for over a year. I told RUSSELL that it seemed like he didn’t care and he continued to ignore me. I spoke with their corporate office and they heard me out and said they would «talk to them», but who knows if they will or if it will even do anything. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

CREDIT CARD SCAM!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! I went in to have a service done and it’s under new management. A man (associate told me his name was Russell) was in the process of checking me in and handed me a form told me that he needed me to sign and fill in my SOCIAL SECURITY number ! …RED FLAG!!!
BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS… They asked another customer if they’d like to «SIGN UP FOR MEMBER SERVICES» …its not a member service… its a CREDIT CARD!!! It says right on the form «Credit Card Application.» I can’t stress this enough… always look before signing anything! I really enjoyed going to this place until now. As a side note I told another gentleman to be careful about signing anything here and after he walked out he told me that what they were doing was scandalous and that he was just refinancing his house and couldn’t afford to take a hit to his credit. This place won’t last long with these types of practices.

We have been going here for many years and have been totally happy until they changed ownership the beginning of August. First, we were charged over $ 800 for a repair we didn’t need. Next, we were overcharged for a part they needed to install the next day since the truck still wasn’t running correctly. We paid $ 241 for a part we later found out the dealer sells for $ 160. Finally, when I went back in asking if there had been a mistake and showed the price difference for the part I was told by Jeremy (the new owner) he would look into and call me tomorrow. 17 days later I still haven’t heard from him.

My family and I have been long time customers of Norco Tire. We used to take all our cars there for tires, oil changes, routine maintenance etc. Then ownership changed. Since the change in ownership about 6 – 8 months ago, there have been a number of instances that have driven me to other businesses. Some of these instances include them lying about tire rotation (verified by me marking my tires and checking them after), incorrect oil filter installed (discovered by my new mechanic), and credit card/​discount cards and services from previous ownership not being honored. I’m truly disappointed in the change of management and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Under the new ownership today 8-​7-​2015 Me being a ASE certified tec my problem was small they could have adjusted my alignment a lot better so the money I spent for my tires does not go down the drain 800 $ even though I paid for it. Just not willing to do work needed

Norco Tires, which is now «Certified Tires Goodyear,» is an absolute joke. I purchased a LivingSocial Car Care deal back in July (07÷17÷15 to be exact), yet this place would not honor the service card I received since it arrived with a stamp date after August 1^st. They wouldn’t honor anything, and we’re throwing out excuses that just wouldn’t add up. «We would honor it if it was before August 1^st.» «We get no money off of these.» «We’re an entirely different company now, so this wouldn’t work here.»
In addition to all those excuses, nothing has been changed. The number is the same, business cards are the same, everything is the same to where it makes no sense in where this «new» management falls into place. Heck, their uniforms still say Norco Tires. Instead of working with me, seeing as how I’m the customer and customers should always come first, they’re giving me the runaround in receiving my money back for the service card I purchased through LivingSocial (which has been a nightmare already).
In addition to everything stated above, the main person in charge, or at least I believe he was since he was dressed differently and didn’t have his hands dirty, came to me to explain everything. Here’s where being unprofessional fell into place, because instead of listening to what I had to say, and looking at my order receipt (still had the email), he was unwilling to listen and work with me. Instead, I was given the whole cliché of, «There’s nothing I can do.» I can go on and on about this place, but with customer service like this, I just wouldn’t recommend taking one’s car here. If one is in Corona and wants their car serviced, I’d recommend taking it to M&M Auto Repair. At least there you have honest workers, and customer service that’s looking out for the customer rather than themselves.

Great place, good service, cordial, considerate… good prices.

Besides the fact that they helped me with advice on my suspension and I got 4 tires from them with nice help, my only sour note on them is that it took nearly 3 hours for them to put new tires on my car. Granted they had a good amount of customers but not overwhelming, a pretty lady came in and ask about her car and she got the royal treatment. New car sensor and she was in and out 5 minutes. I guess if your not a good looking lady, your gonna be waiting for a long time.

Alan at Norco tires helped my friend today, by recommending his Uncle’s Smog Test and Repair place in Ontario, he spent lots of time on the phone with me and went over all the prices of things we might need for an old junker we are trying to get passed the second time (passed 2 years ago). We ended up heading out without doing the service, but he was really nice about it!

I was once a loyal customer (even had a 5 star review on here till now). I heard they recently went through a management change which is crappy. Mike who used to manage the shop was great and honest but I don’t think he works here anymore.
Went in the other day for an oil change and they asked if I wanted to join their «rewards program.» So I said yes, found out from reading the paper that they were trying to run my credit for a credit card without telling me! I told them that is false advertising. After a spat with the employee I went and sat down and then proceeded to watch them do it to the next person. It is really pathetic that that’s how they are going to run their business. I don’t foresee them being open much longer unfortunately.

I left PepBoys for Norco Tires, after PepBoys tried some shady sales pitch with me. They have always been honest with me and prices were always fair. I’ve compared their quotes with nearby mechanics and they always come out on top. Norco Tires has never pressured me into unnecessary maintenance, unlike PepBoys. They’re busy on weekends, as is any other mechanic, so call ahead if you need serious work done.

Norco tires has always been so good to me. In a few occasions when I thought an expensive maintenance was required they were so honest and told me it was not needed. The have saved me so much money. Recently they saved me $ 200 dollars repairing a tire that other tire companies told me I needed a brand new tire because it was unrepairable. They continue to show amazing customer service and prove to be an honest company. I never feel taken advantage. Even when I move in a few weeks I will drive farther to Norco tires because I know my cars are in good hands. You can’t beat their oil change prices especially when they always rotate my tires too.

This place is bad news. I went here because they are open on Sundays and they were the only one to have my tire.
First it was only supposed to take 1 hr to replace 1 tire. It would up being a little over 2.
Second they completely annihilated my wheel. They claim it might have been from the tire clamp but no one owner up to it at the shop. The guy helping us said they would go ahead and repair it for free but that he asked his guys and they didn’t do it.
Three days later I get my tire back and put on and now it won’t hold air. Every morning it would drop about 3 lbs of pressure and if have to stop by the gas station before work.
This was the last straw. I took it in to Americas tire and they fixed it no problem but informed me that the tire Norco Tire gave me was a 2013. So now I have an old tire on my brand new care. Thanks for nothing but headaches. I learned my lesson. Sticking with Americas tires even if they are closed on Sundays.
