Custom interior wood shutters, fabric roman shades, wood blinds, and sunscreens are just a few of the window treatments we carry. We sepcialize in motorization and operate our own finishing shop providing custom painteing and staining of our shutters. We represent many fabricators such as Hunter Douglas, Castec, Lafayette, and Summit Hill. We have a large showroom featuring full size samples of our products.

History

Established in 1970.

Over 35 years ago, Barrows opened it’s doors in Newton. Growing over the years from a simple shade shoppe to the metropolitan area’s largest window treatment specialty shop. We employ a knowledgeable, welcoming sales and installation staff that have been part of the Barrows family for many years. Our staff is experienced in working with homeowners, design professionals and commercial property trades.
