LarryKakes and Things, established in 2007, provides custom occasion and wedding cakes. LarryKakes are known throughout the Hampton Roads as moist, creative and always on time! His story begins in 1992 when his passion for baking and decorating cakes came alive! Since then, LarryKakes and Things has grown to become one of Hampton Road’s premier bakeries, serving the most creative and freshest cakes in Newport News.

Meet Larry Andrews! Larry Andrews, a self-​taught baker and cake decorator, was born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey. Relocating to Newport News, Virginia in late 1992, he began honing his cake decorating skills and decided to turn a simple hobby into a business.
