History

Established in 2014.

Dr. Searle has been performing hair restoration procedures since 2010 and is experienced in the FUE (follicular unit extraction) surgery. Dr. Searle has performed thousands of hair transplant procedures and is an active member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons.

Dr. Searle is also an expert in non-​surgical hair loss prevention and hair restoration management. Not every patient is an ideal candidate for a surgical hair restoration procedure, and Dr. Searle makes every effort to ensure that patients are offered the best options for their hair loss, which may be PRP treatments, growth factor treatments, lasers, or medical treatment.

Dr. Searle has extensive training in injectable aesthetics, including multiple certifications in injectable aesthetic medicine (Voluma Master Injection Course, Hands Filler Certified, Kybella Certified).

After four years of searching, I’ve finally found a doctor whose results exceed all of my expectations. Dr. Searle has given me outstanding results that are far longer lasting than treatments I’ve received elsewhere. It’s unbelievable that he is able to achieve such superior results with the same volume of Botox as other practitioners. The drive from LA is well worth going to a doctor that I trust. I went there today and my experience was great! I had Prp injections done with micro needling. The pain was very little because the Dr made sure my face was numb. His team is great and they are both very caring. They used every last drop and even focused on my problem areas and neck!!! No one ever thinks about the neck. I look forward to my next treatment

This is an update of my review from May 2016. I am pretty happy with the results of my Botox injections, and that’s why my updated review gets 2 stars, and not 1. As far as Radiesse… the doctor injected 2 syringes. I was so happy with the result, but apparently what I thought was the result was just a swelling. When the swelling was gone, there was pretty much no difference between before and after. On top of it, there was an asymmetry between the right side of my face and the left side of my face. What they charge for Radiesse is not really a very competitive price, and I didn’t purchase it using a Groupon or anything like that. I went back to show the results (or lack of), and the asymmetry to the doctor. He agreed with my assessment, and said that he would call me in a week. A week later I got a voice mail asking how I was doing. I called the office and left a message with the receptionist that nothing has changed. The doctor has not called me back for 5 days. I called again, and was told that they would try to get 1 syringe free of charge from a rep for me and would let me know. A week later nobody called me. So, I called them again. Left a message with the receptionist. Nobody called me back. 4 days later I decided to call one more time before writing an updated review of my experience with this office. I was told that there was nothing they could do. I paid almost $ 1,000 and got almost no result and a pretty noticeable asymmetry on my face. I will definitely not be returning or recommending this office to others.
Also, this office offers an incentive to encourage people to post reviews on Unilocal,which is not playing by Unilocal rules. No business is perfect, and it’s impossible to please 100% of your customers 100% of the time. So, next time I see 100% positive reviews, I will be more cautious.

I had my Botox treatment about 2 weeks ago now, and Dr Searle did an amazing job! He also was super cool, and friendly! We even talked about how he lived in my small, crappy hometown of League City, TX! I bought a Living Social deal and I’m so happy and impressed with the results now that they are set in, he did exactly what I wanted!

Yesterday was my first appointment at Vive Image. I saw Dr. Searle for a Botox treatment. He did a great job. He’s thorough and very gentle. I’m esthetic not to have any bruising on my face. That’s a testament how well he gives shots.
Trust me when I tell you I bruise 100% of the time.
I highly recommend him. I look forward to my next treatment. I’ll keep you posted!

After reading the other reviews, I can only concur with almost all the statements. First of all, the staff is very professional and welcoming. There is always a follow up to an email or reminder for your appointment. Secondly, Dr. Searle is gentle, patient, informative, and thorough, and is able to answer any questions or concerns you may have before beginning a treatment. Also, he will not try to talk you into a treatment he doesn’t feel will really help or may not be necessary.
He takes a cautious approach rather than trying to overdo something. I plan to return there for future treatments.

First time experience with Dr. Searle and Vive about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to wait a little while for the BOTOX to kick in before giving a review. Great results and much better results than my experience at another plastic surgeon about 6 months ago. At that office, I came away with huge bruises on both checks that took weeks to disappear. But with Dr. Searle, he was very careful and took his time so no bruises at all and the results are great! I would definitely recommend them.

I came here after I’d had a bad groupon experience (wasted money). I should have come here from the start. From the moment I walked in, the greeting from the front desk was genuine and kind. Upon meeting dr. Searle, I was pleased with his expertise and his explanation of what went wrong at the other place. Unfortunately I have to endure a couple more months of this bag under my eye that the previous place created. On the plus side, I’m confident that dr. Searle gave me a good treatment of my furrows between brows. I highly recommend them. They have monthly specials. Very good prices! I can’t wait to go back!
