My fiancée and I went in to see Lauren earlier this week, both with different issues– my lower back & her upper shoulder areas. Not knowing anything about acupuncture, I had been extremely hesitant to try it. It is now four days our my treatment with Lauren and I can honestly say it was the best thing we’ve both done. No more pain in areas we both had been struggling with for the longest time. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and explains what she’s doing, why she’s doing it, and what to do after she was done. Can’t recommend her enough!

Lauren is amazing! She definitely turned this acupuncture skeptic into a believer! I love the fact that she has a background in kinesiology and how she merges western and eastern medicine into her practice.

I have been dealing with severe back pain for years, I’m also highly prone to stress and sleep issues. I’ve been there, done that. Spent lots of money trying to fix it all. I was referred to see Lauren and it will be a year this January that I’ve been going consistently. To say she’s the BEST is an understatement! Lauren is a fantastic acupuncturist and person! She originally came to my home when I had just given birth to help with milk supply issues. I was so pleasantly surprised by how down to earth and cool she was. I was apprehensive to invite a stranger into my home, but she quickly calmed my nerves by her professionalism. She ended up helping with much more than milk supply too! She’s relieved me of carpal tunnel pain in my wrists, neck tension, back, and sleep issues. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she’s super cool and easy to be around in general. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of pain relief and help with physical ailments. My only complaint is she didn’t move to Oregon with us!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lauren. She is a true professional and has changed my life for the better. She is extremely knowledgeable about acupuncture and herbal medicine. Her treatments are painless and always effective. She has treated me for many ailments, especially allergies and has eliminated my issues with them completely. You could not go wrong using Dr. Lauren. She not only knows exactly what she is doing but does it in a gentle manner that is hard to find in most other professionals. The importance she places on improving her patient’s lives is clearly evident. She truly cares about her patients. Will continue to go back to her without a question.

Dr. Lauren has become such an important part of my life. I have bulging disc in my back along with Arthritis in neck, knees, back, and torn labrum both shoulders. I have a physical job which with Lauren’s help I have been able to continue working. I was never much of a believer in Acupuncture, my wife made me an appointment and I went. I am a total believer now. I truly benefit from Lauren’s ability to combine western practices with Acupuncture treatment. I find that Lauren’s treatments not only help me with my pain but also helps with my mental attitude.

Dr. Lauren is an amazing and caring individual who has made a positive impact in my life and the life of my 3 year old son. My son has mild cerebral palsy and we have been seeing Dr. Lauren weekly to help with his cerebral palsy symptoms. I am convinced that the combination of traditional therapy measures and our weekly acupuncture, has helped my son make a full recovery. Dr. Lauren is so supportive, knowledgeable and gentle; I trust her completely with myself and my family.
She has not only helped my son, but she has helped me with muscle spasms and sleep issues. She is always willing to help and always has an answer to my million-​and-​one questions. I have recommended her to my friends and family and she has helped them with their issues as well.
Before my son, I never would have believed in acupuncture. When my son was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, I was willing to try anything, and I am so grateful to have found Dr. Lauren who has given my son the ability to lead a life full of opportunity.
