We specialize in residential painting. We restore the beauty of a well build home. We repair all the wood, the damaged stucco, we waterproof the exterior and apply stain blockers as well as sealers to insure a proper coat of paint will last. We believe a good paint job is in the prep work.

We carefully prepare every project and do an excellent job at making sure all the details are looked over. We love working with multi color projects different color in every room is what we usually do. The team loves and delivers on deadline. Fun fact is that we finish most of our projects before or on the dates we promise.

Threw experience we’ve learned many things. Energy and persistence is what we like to give on every paint job. It is very important to us to keep the customer /​homeowner happy with not only the final result but also during the process. The Painting Contractor and owner of Quality House Painting, Kevork Haleblian or Kev as everyone knows him started in the painting business in 1998. Kev was an employee of the city of pasadena where he received his training as a painter. Having worked on city owned property such as fire stations, police stations, libraries and many other projects. Kev has been trained by one of the most trusted and loved painters within the paint shop of the city yards. He has been trained as a master painter. Kev eventually found a connection with working on older houses and restoring them and made the diction to switch to residential painting and eventually growing the business. also working with other painters on projects and training them to paint the way he was tough. Now Kev overlooks all of the projects and the painters he has chosen to operate within the company.

After getting 3 or more estimates from different companies our HOA decided to go with Anthony and Qualify House Painting. Anthony was affordable and best of all always stayed in communication with me so I knew what was going on. Staining can be very costly and as I have learned in the past, if not done right can be like throwing money out a window. Anthony did a wonderful job and his work should last for years to come. My father came over and saw all the fences refinished and he has now hired Anthony to complete some work for him also.

I have had Quality House Painting out twice to paint exterior and interior areas of my home. Both times they have done an excellent job and charged a fair price. Anthony and Kev are easy to work with and their crews do meticulous work
The first job was sanding and painting wood exterior of the home. Most companies I spoke with never came out to quote the job and those that did were reluctant to do the work. QHP gave me a competitive quote and did a spectacular job.
The second job was painting a garage, a bathroom and the exterior stucco. I was pressed for time, but they worked around my schedule. At one point the scope of the job changed and they did great work in a timely manner despite my last minute changes.

I was very happy to have hired Quality House Painting to paint my kitchen and living room. I met with Kev to choose colors/​finishes and it was very apparent he knows the business well. He made suggestions that I would have not of thought of otherwise and I was very happy with the way everything turned out. The crew was timely and professional, and put my rooms back together carefully and cleanly. No touch-​ups were needed and people who come over always compliment the colors and clean lines. When I had an issue selling my house, the termite company found issues in the garage. They did there basic repairs, but I still could not sell it till it was painted. Being it was the weekend, and an emergency. I found quality house painting; Kev was able to accommodate the rush. He was very professional finished the job properly and efficiently. I even had him work on my parents home. I recommend quality house painting, for all your home painting needs.

We had a great experience working with Quality House Painting, Inc. They were as close to perfect as was humanly possible. Fair and reasonable pricing, on time every day, super support and management by Paul and Armando, fabulous at the fine details, double coated everything. They fixed every one of our screens before they painted them!!! Our house is a Spanish Colonial revival home built in 1927. It has never been painted fully since it was built! This was not a simple job. The house looks awesome.

I used Quality House Painting to paint the entire interior of a 2700 sqft home I had just bought in Irvine. I initially contacted them because of the price they have listed on their website. Under the «Prices» link on their website it says they painted the interior of a home that was 1200 sqft for $ 2750 (up to 3 colors). My home, which is less than 2.5 times that size (2700 sqft) should be roughly 2.5 times the price… right? I was expecting the price should be less than $ 6875. NOPE! They quoted me $ 8500! For an empty house, no furniture to move, no repairs, just plain and simple interior painting. When the price was too high, I asked them to remove my huge master bathroom from the estimate and they graciously (sarcasm) dropped the price by only $ 250. I just want to point out, that you should NOT go by the prices on their website. I wanted a «quality» job done, so I trusted fellow Unilocalers and agreed to the high price of $ 8200+. They were backed up on work so they couldn’t paint my home for 3 weeks after I agreed to the estimate.
In the meantime, I had carpet installed and the installers damaged the wood stair banister in my home (small chips here and there). I asked if Quality House Painting could repair it and they said «no problem» and charged me $ 500 extra for it. $ 500 for simple wood-​filler and painting is excessive. But I was in a bind and needed to move in, so I again agreed. They did a horrible job. (See my pictures for their repair work). During the final inspection, I complained about the bad job they did, they agreed it was unsatisfactory and agreed to come back and redo the stairs. But unfortunately, the repair job was still unsatisfactory. But because I needed to move in, I didn’t bother calling them and just decided to live with it. If they can’t fix it twice, they won’t be able to fix it a third time.
With that said, the job they did on the actual interior house painting was very good. The lead painter Armando is a great guy. The crew seemed hard working and very trustworthy. They always showed up on-​time and did a great job setting up and cleaning up. Customer service is also great. The price is A LOT higher than any other company that you’ll find on Unilocal,but they do a good job. If you can afford them, I do recommend them for painting, just make sure they don’t do any repairs, because that is not their expertise by any means.

I hired QHP to paint my «great room» in Newport Beach. They got it done in one day. I gave the field supervisor in charge the colors I wanted then I went to work and by the time I came home they had everything painted, the furniture was put back and the walls didn’t smell like paint. I guess paint technology has come a long way. The estimator recommended a «non VOC» paint. I hadn’t even heard of it until that day.
I’m very happy with the job, there were no touch ups needed and the work looks amazing.

I hired them to paint the exterior of my house in Ladera Ranch. The builder had failed to seal the window frames to the stucco wall so there were gaps between my window frames and the walls. If you know anything about my city, you know that there are a Ton of windows in most of the houses. They did a great job in sealing all the gaps and painting everything. It looks like a brand-​new house! They really took the time to do the job right and did not rush through anything. The only thing is that you will need to supervise the crew that comes to your house at times. I did point out things to the guys such as a part that they missed. They were more than happy to fix the problems. Since nobody knows your own house like you do, I suggest that you give it a good look through before they complete your job. It took them a little longer than five days because it rained one day, which is understandable. I would much rather that they not paint on a rainy day, than to rush through. I think only one of the guys spoke some English, so that was a little difficult at times. The office was very attentive and returned my phone calls right away. I felt that the prices were pretty reasonable considering the amount of work and quality. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, which is saying a lot.

I had QHP give me an estimate for some exterior painting last week. Anthony and Kev were very polite and professional. However, their estimate was significantly higher than my other two estimates — $ 2500 versus $ 1030 and $ 1100. I have a feeling that the estimate was based on how much they thought I could afford to pay rather than the actual job itself.

Unfortunately we did not have a stellar experience like the other Unilocalers.
The quote was extremely HIGH. We have a 2,100 sq ft townhouse and they quoted us $ 4,500 for (3 days of work) which includes basic white paint for the walls/​borders, ceiling and doors/​closets. When we told him that price was high, he reduced the quote to $ 4,200, again, very high. For a house our size, the quote should be in the neighborhood of $ 2,500-$ 3,000 (not including kitchen cabinets).
Next, the office administrator (Anthony) and the owner (Kev) did not communicate well. We informed them of our timelines and when Kev came onsite he had no knowledge of our specific needs relating to timeline and then gave the impression he wasn’t confident they could meet our needs.
Too bad, Unilocal didn’t pull through for us this time.

This is the second time we’ve used Kev… so really this 5 star review should be double 5 star review. Kev is an amazing person, he really has a laid back professionalism to him that sets your mind at ease… We had a horrific moving company come out to our former place/​now a rental. The moving company put multiple scratches on our walls and even caused the railing to come de-​gutted from the wall. He came over to give us a bid and 2 weeks later he was able to get his crew out to our place. He was able to do an amazing patch job on the railing that had detached/​punctured a hole in the wall. He was able to patch up/​paint our entire 1800 square foot house in just under 3 days and even came over to our new house and painted a scratched up wall free of charge (thanks Kev)… I’m sure you have to be a second time customer for that to happen. When his crew was done he followed up with a walk through. I happen to be a very anal person, so walk trough’s aren’t always fun… but his crew was very accommodating and were able to finish the work flawlessly to my liking and most importantly with a professional attitude. I would highly recommend Quality House Painting to anyone.

They did an excellent job painting the interior of my Newport Beach house at a fair price, in a timely manner, and they did such a great job that I could not find one single area to mark with blue tape for a touch-​up — that has definitely never happened. I found QHP here on Unilocal!and am so glad I hired them to paint the exterior of my single-​family residence. My house had not been properly painted in at least 11 years so this was not a ‘small’ job and required a lot of prep work.
Kev and Anthony were super easy to work with and I can’t say enough nice things about the crew that did the work. They were all courteous and cleaned up the job site each and every day they were here working. They were even thoughtful enough to be very careful about my 3 dogs not getting out during the job. One of the crew arrived early one day and even though I’d left the garage door up so they could get started he held off because of my pups.
I thought the pricing was more than reasonable and the job was done on-​schedule. I would highly recommend this company!

I used Unilocal to find Quality. I left a message which was returned the following morning by Kevin. He was easy to work with and adjusted HIS busy schedule in order to accommodate mine. He confirmed the appointment prior and arrived on time the day of. The walk through was quick and efficient. He provided me with a quote and informed me it would be a three day job. We then scheduled the work for the following week. My wife is pregnant and getting this scheduled and done ASAP so we could set up the nursery was very important. Well, lucky for us Kev called me a prior to our start date to ask if we would be interested in starting sooner… uh yes!
The crew showed up in a clean new van and got right to work, there was no standing around. I did a walk thru with the head painter Junior while the crew started moving furniture and taping off. I really appreciated how quietly the guys worked because my young daughter was off school that week. They hardly even spoke to each other and they were very professional. Lastly, they finished a whole day early!
I highly recommend Quality House Painting and i will be using them again when i paint the exterior of my house.

I hired Quality to paint my condo in Newport and they did a great job. Kev has a professional demeanor as well as his crew. When it comes to painting, its all about the prep work and the guys are professional in prepping the area, moving the furniture and keeping the floors covered.
I just hired Quality again to have my mothers garage and bath painted as well as some touch up and paint a bath in my house. Again, very professional. Will recommend and use him again.

QHP was very helpful and professional. I found them through Unilocal and the other reviews were right on! Price was reasonable, scheduling was fast and easy and Paul was very patient with us with color selection and the difficulty with our sloped lot.
Overall, a great helpful experience. Our house looks great! They went above and beyond what I asked. They were responsive, friendly, and timely. They took pride in their work and if I ever need another paint job, I will be calling them first. Thanks Paul!

I’m quite satisfied with my experience with Quality House Painting.
Kev was very responsive about my inquiry regarding getting a home entertainment center painted — oftentimes answering my questions by email several times throughout the day. He was also able to give me an estimate on pricing after I sent in some photos of what I wanted done via email. His price quote was substantially less than 2 other paint contractors that I had asked — cheaper by over $ 1000 in one instance!
It was easy to schedule the work, and the painters that arrived were punctual and got the job done quickly and without any problems. It’s been a little over a month now and the paint job has held up well to harsh use, and I’m quite happy with the look and quality of the paint.
