I have been a patient of Dr. Russell Klein for three years. I think he’s a great doctor, but I’ve finally had it with their billing department and I’m done. Every time my husband or I have had an appointment, they screw up the billing. The latest was just that they can’t bill. I have Aetna and Anthem PPO insurance and no other doctors have an issue billing these. They can’t get this stuff processed and it’s too much aggravation to deal with.
I see all these old people sitting in the office for appointments – I can only imagine how much these people are getting screwed because they don’t realize their claims aren’t being processed or are being processed incorrectly. Sucks.

Dr Russell Klein was my doctor from 2004 – 2009, which were the years I lived in SoCal. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more caring doctor. I highly recommend seeing him if you are looking for a new family doctor.
