We specialize in creating immersive 3D photography for Real Estate agents to showcase their clients’ homes. We use the state of the art Matterport 3D camera to produce a three dimensional interactive doll house model of the home. This model allows prospective home buyers to see exactly how the home is laid out, view floor plans, and virtually walk-​through the home.

History

Established in 2015.

Helms Wheel Studio is a Matterport Service Provider and was founded in 2015. The studio serve all of Orange County and part of LA County. The business was created when the owner’s saw the power of using 3D photography to showcase Real Estate listings. This technology provides a revolutionary way to help prospective buyers see homes without having to spend an hour or two visiting a home for the first time only to find out that the floor plan really did not meet their needs. Here is a direct quote from one buyer to his real estate agent:

«NOTE: Is there anyway to actually see floor plans/​layout so we could better visualize the layout of the rooms from front to back of house?»

Helms Wheel Studio is dedicated to solving this problem and decided to launch the business so that agents in Orange County could help their clients benefit from this amazing technology.

Cassidy K.

Manager

Cassidy is the Head of Post Production at Helms Wheel Studio. He is responsible for creating the 3D scan using the Matterport 3D Camera, taking still photos and movies using a DSLR camera, and creating all the post-​production models, movies, and still photography in the studio.
