Ummmmm I just left here and I’m really shocked by their lack of customer service. I waited about 20 minutes to see a banker, and through out his time no one acknowledged me or asked me if they could help me.
Finally Charlie cho asked me what I heeded help with and I told him I wanted to open an IRA account.
His response, ‘i can’t help you with that but you can come into my office.’ I think to myself, ‘what’s the point? I don’t want to waste anymore time if you can’t help me. I’m on my lunch break.‘
Well my suspicions were right, Charlie cho could not help me. Big shocker. Cool, I wasted even more time.
Didn’t even ask if I wanted to make an appointment with someone who could help me. F–

This place is stupid! There is no bank tellers, it’s a lobby full of ATM machines. I just sat around for 20 mins only to be told that they wouldn’t be able to cash my check for another 15 minutes! There is only one person who can actually handle money… and apparently they were out to lunch?! Chase credits themselves on customer service and they really dropped the ball on this design. Bank with no bankers, brilliant idea! #fail

Beautiful new location with new ATMs that dispense different denominations. I walked in for a few transactions and was greeted by a friendly banker when I entered the branch. She assisted me with my transactions and helped me use the new technology. She was also very personable, friendly, and professional. Very impressed.
