Very friendly personal bankers, I opened two accounts and they provided great service! Paul Mattox and Shane Gregg are the best

I can always count on the excellent customer services at the Newport Beach Corporate branch. I had a debit card return transaction related to an expired card that was linked to my checking account. I’ve tried explaining the issue to 800 customer services numerous times and Woodbury Irvine branch and both failed to assist and frustrated the living heck out of me. Thankfully, Max Marcy– the assistant manager, came to rescue today. I provided the same information and he understood the nature of issue. Instantly contact the right department, was able to resolved the issue and credited my account the on same day. I appreciate his knowledge and willingly to resolve such complex issue. I had my mortgage loan done at this branch as well and can’t say anything but positive experience. They hired knowledgable employees that is hard to find these days. High-​five to Max and the team.

The doctor I used to work for always had her checks deposited here and the staff here were outstanding in terms of service. They seem to really be happy in their life and with the job and are always extremely friendly.
And they always have dum-​dums. Yummm

I’ve visited this Wells Fargo branch about three times now and every time I go the staff is very helpful and friendly to me. I ride a scooter because I can’t afford a car and they are always are nice and don’t ask questions about letting me carry it inside! I’ve been in a crisis with being frauded online for some time now and today I was finally saved from my problem when banker Paul Mattox fixed everything in my account by changing all my numbers. Paul was super nice and didn’t judge my situation and listened to my whole story of how I was frauded. He was very understanding but most importantly he helped me to get the fraudulent criminals out of my accounts. Thank you Paul!

Best bank ever! The beautiful manager helped me get my account straighten out and is very informative and helpful. I could not ask for better service! Every time I come the tellers are funny and personable making it a quick little 5 minute friendly conversation break from a hectic day.

Never in my life did I think I would give a bank 5 stars, but the service I received from Alex Lewis was incredible. His knowledge and professionalism was very much appreciated. Alex also told me about a credit card that Wells Fargo offers that has no annual fee and gives a 5% rebate on your mortgage – that’s a lot more valuable than airline points. United Airlines wanted 50,000 points for an economy fare to Indianapolis. That would be worth $ 1250 principal reduction at Wells Fargo – much better value!

The final straw. My family has been banking with Wells Fargo as our personal, securities, corporate & business processing for over twenty years. I have been nickle & dimed on my own personal accounts so I switched a long time ago my personal & securities & now only have my business credit card & business checking account left. My father has all of his accounts still with them. Today my father went to deposit a check from one of his long time customer’s with our name fully written on the check. Just to deposit, not trying to cash it. We deposit checks all the time & did so last week with the same name on the check. The Service manager (Ryann) stepped in & would not accept it because our account name did not match exactly to what was on the check. This bank has received many checks like this one over the twenty plus years & never had a problem. We have experienced high rates on credit card processing from Wells Fargo, we stayed loyal. We received poor customer service, we stayed loyal. We borrowed $ they charged us high fees we stayed loyal. They raised fees & added ticky tack fees & we stayed loyal. No more this is the final straw. Business banking is competitive & there are plenty of banks out there willing to use my $ & treat me with the respect & service my company, my father, the rest of my family & I deserve. It feels great to finally say good bye! Thank you Ryann Baker the #2 at the bank aka service manager for making this happen & treating my father so poorly by not depositing our $ 66,800 check. We are taking our business else where.
