Bough a 2016 Aston Martin GT V8 Vantage. Jeff Bondoc was really helpful from beginning to end making sure I got the best possible deal, despite me living in SF and having to do most of the deal remote. Bought a V8 Vantage Roadster in 2013. Great customer service and the service dept was wonderful. Planning on going back for a service. There is a new service manager and general manager and both seem to be great! Met the general manager at a James Bong Spectre event and he seemed like a really nice guy. Will be coming back for future cars and future service!

I’ve service two vehicles at Aston Martin Newport Beach. The staff is extremely friendly in service, parts and sales. The location is great, clean, and beautiful. They have fair prices (which is relative of course), and they seem to have a very good inventory.

I bought my Land Rover from here and overall had a good experience. Jennifer was our sales person, she was friendly and answered all of our questions.

I bought my 2009 AM Vantage from these guys and was told everything was just serviced. The minute I drove off the lot, my check engine light came on and I called back. They told me that’s common and likely just the gas cap being loose, which is common on most cars. The light has been on for multiple fuel ups, so I decided to get the diagnostics run. There’s no way the car was serviced, and likely the engine light was just turned off long enough for me to purchase the car. I’ve driven the car less than 1k miles since I bought from them, and the EGR valves are completely shot, the air injection pump and valves are no good, and the whole intake manifold needs to be removed for repair. That’s a $ 4k repair to get my «gas cap light» turned off. I feel completely swindled.
I took the car in to the dealer this weekend asking if they’d buy it back and was told it’s got too many miles for them to sell? It’s only got 1k more than when they sold to me. And my salesperson is no longer employed there. Go figure.

I get better customer service at Wal-​Mart! What a nightmare experience! If I could rate negative stars I would! Get an Aston elsewhere if you don’t want a headache of crappy customer service!

This dealership goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of and satisfied with their car repairs and needs. Steve Brown is one of the best general managers I have met, Keith is the best automotive technician he is considered the best in the country and I see why, the service department at Aston Martin is the best. Taylor and Debbie are always there to make sure customers are satisfied and taken care of. I want to thank this dealership with the care they have shown me.

I called after the branch was almost closing and gary answered me and i told him that i live in LA and i’m in the oc today and i would like to come and he welcomed me and said he will wait and when i arrived he was super nice i took the Rapide for a test drive and he answered all my questions and concerns
It’s not fair to judge the whole staff just because you had a bad experience with one bad sales person
If you’re interested in aston martin and you live in California this branch is the best by far i’ve been to a couple locations and they weren’t as nice and elegant as this one they have a lot of unique cars and they give 3 years unlimited warranty witch is great!
So don’t waste your time reading the negative reviews

Went here on a Friday afternoon to look at the Rapide S since my lease is coming up and it seems like the perfect car for me at this point in my life — I’m squarely middle-​aged now. I have to walk through Jaguar which is nice, but fairly busy to the Aston Martin showroom which aside from four beautiful Aston Martins is empty. This doesn’t really bother me since I’ve not really looked at the cars prior to this, but after about ten minutes of waiting for some acknowledgment and looking at four locked cars, I’m a bit frustrated so I go next door to the adjacent Land Rover dealer showroom which is also fairly busy. I finally find someone in an Aston Martin shirt willing to open one of the Aston Martins. He opens the one with this big «SOLD» sign in the window and goes back to Land Rover. I sat in the car for about a minute and left. It didn’t feel like I was important enough to them to buy a $ 200,000 car let alone drive one.

They did some work on our DB9 and a week or so later a problem croppped up relating to the work and they sent a truck to San Diego to pick up our car, fixed it and delivered the car back to San Diego. What better service can u ask for? The service man Keith Douglas that helped us is TOP NOTCH. But the whole organization is great.

ok selection. sales man are ok to work with. but they do have an attitude.
