From a sellers’ point of view (and as the person paying his commission) this realtor is a legend only in his own mind and not even worth 1 star. Unresponsive, very poor communication with my broker… to the detriment of his own client buyers (whom we had intended to leave good stuff like a new snowblower for. We Couldn’t even get an answer out of this guy re: something for his clients’ benefit). When he CAN be bothered to return phone calls or texts to my broker it was at 4:59 pm so as to avoid dealing with responses. Of course, he had no problem calling her for special requests for multiple extensions for financial commitments. But he couldn’t even bother to come to the closing (he had no idea when or where it was and called my broker to find out). I don’t see how he earned any of the commission and it is disgusting that my broker had to share ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ when she did 99% of the work. He is just «too busy» to give anything proper attention and respect. Maybe he’s a Donald Trump wanna-​be focused on mega deals somewhere else.

Sean is a great Real Estate Agent that is great at selling! His personality and marketing tools really set him apart from others. He pays very close attention to detail which is really important. Meeting with him is always a pleasure!
