Personal training services with one on one attention In-Studio or At-home. Learn how to make small changes that will make a big impact on your current lifestyle. I use a variety of exercise modalities to help clients firm and tone, lose weight, maintain or increase strength, as well as improve cardio performance. It doesn’t matter what age, size, or ability level you are we can all benefit from increased movement to improve the above mentioned qualities. Motivation by Walker might not be your typical gym setting, but I can assure you that you will come out of each session being challenged according to your own fitness ability. And because of my own experience with injury I am that much more sensitive to people with injuries– let’s work together to move forward one step at a time.

Established in 2013.
Started looking at my own personal journey back to fitness and realized that there might be others out there that struggle just like me and could use some motivation along the way. So I used my knowledge, education, and personal experience to start Motivation by Walker. It’s all about Fitness, Fun, and Progress!

NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I became involved with personal training after a life altering back injury while on the job. I had to learn to maneuver life in a different way. Thanks to different forms of exercise such as pilates, yoga, and TRX I was able to get back into the gym and make daily life more bearable. I use that experience to help others such as myself that have been out of the gym or away from exercise due to injury, time off, or other personal issues. Everyone has to start somewhere and that is where I fit in. I want to show others that despite your size, ability, or form of injury that you can still exercise and be active.
