Steve is a fantastic personal trainer. He is very flexible in that he can come to you or you can go to his home gym. He also can modify exercises to meet your needs and abilities depending on where you are or if you have an injury. If you are interested in a personal trainer who is truly knowledgeable and will get you in shape, Steve is the right person!

Steve is a great trainer. He knows what the best exercises are to meet my goals, and he is an awesome motivator to boot. I usually am not that motivated when it comes to working out, but having him there to set up everything and give me feedback maximizes my experience and makes the time go by much faster. He is very friendly and easy to hang out with; I was comfortable with him after my first appointment. He also made it super convenient by coming to me for my workouts.

Steve is a great person to go to. If you’re someone like me that doesn’t like going to the gym and not comfortable in those type locations then he’s the one to go see. He is not a musclehead guys. He is very personable and makes you feel very comfortable to work out with.
