Welcome at Ultimate Tango, Leader in Argentine Tango Education.

Here you will find all you need to become a true member of the Tango community. We focus on developing in you the true understanding of what Tango is. Tango is not just a dance. It’s a philosophy, a way of comprehending the world, building relationships, understanding yourself.

Here at Ultimate Tango we teach you the tango alphabet and how to create words and sentences from it. You will learn basic rules, steps and combinations. You’ll learn about music, connection, lead and follow, types of tangos and more. From there you can launch onto your own journey to discover what Tango means for you.

We don’t want to limit you with multitude of steps and clutter your mind with combinations you can never remember. Our goal is to give you the true understanding of Tango structure and music, mechanics of the movement, technique and cadence. From there you can start improvising on you own. Find your own style.

We offer carefully structured courses at 4 different levels — beginner, intermediate, intermediate/​advanced and advanced in Boston, MA and also in New York, NY. We also offer workshops to address more specialized topics. Private lessons are available for those who wish to progress at their own pace.

History

Established in 2013.

Ultimate Tango was created as an official Argentine Tango School by Hernan Brizuela and Anita Flejter to offer comprehensive program for students who wish to attend carefully structured classes based on well pre-​though syllabus.

Ultimate Tango Offers classes at 3 levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced — each one 8 weeks long with final exam at the end of the course.

Since Ultimate Tango offers multitude of classes over period of one week and all those classes keep to the syllabus and teach exactly same material we make it very easy for students to make p the class or take the same level class several times a week to let the material sink in. To support Beginner students who really wish to immerse themselves into Argentine Tango by taking classes 3 – 4 times a week we created special Unlimited Package at $ ¹⁹⁹⁄₄ weeks.

Business Owner

Anita Flejter, Co-​Owner an founder of Adelante Studios, Ultimate Tango Dance School and Co-​Owner of Stepping Out Studios.

Currently, Ms. Flejter works as the Managing Director and partner/​co-​owner at Adelante Studios and Ultimate Tango School.

Ms. Flejter was responsible for revitalizing Stepping Out Studios by utilizing her graphic design and marketing expertise to recreate the company image and successfully market it via social media, online marketing and customer relations tactics. Her extensive background in art and art education were invaluable toward creating high profile programs for artistic development, including dance and other art related events.

Anita Flejter is an entrepreneurial-​minded individual who is highly skilled in marketing, project management, graphic design, painting as well as performing arts with great passion for Argentine Tango that she studied extemsively with several Tango masters including Gustavo Naveira, Mariano Fromboli and Roberto Herrrera.
