Went in today to get my fabric fused. I walk in and every employee was laying on the table sleeping. This is NOT a joke. I asked one of the men who woke up when I walked in if I could get my fabric fused and he didn’t say one work to me and points me to the back of the room. I asked 3 or 4 other people for help and they brushed me onto the next person. Finally someone did a mediocre job for me. I don’t know how someone could run a business and allow their employees to lay on the table ON TOP OF FABRIC CUTS and sleep. This was my worst experience in the Garment district. Do not go here! Worst, most shocking customer service I have ever received.
