LOVED my first experience at The Lash Loft!!! The place is beautiful and comfortable and you can tell the staff is very experienced. You are in good hands:) I got a lash perm because my lashes are already long and I go back in a couple of days for the tint… can’t wait to see the end result!!! My friends are waiting for to tell them about my experience, and I am certainly sending them to The Lash Loft.

In here is very beautiful the atmosphere is so pleasant. Staff are well mannered and patience. I love my lashes despite that one fell out already and it almost blind me lol. I like them. Will definitely be returning

I had been going to the Lash Loft for over a year since my last visit. I went for both Brazillian waxes and the eye lash extensions. After my last visit I definitely will not be returning. I came to appointment 5 minutes early as I get my appointments taken care of on my lunch break so I need to be sure they fit within the time schedule given (usually about an hour and ten minutes). I waited 30 minutes to see my technician this time. It was so rude the receptionist was playing with a child and just ignoring the fact that the appointment was extremely behind schedule. I was very close to leaving when they finally took me in for my appointment. She apologized but no explanation or compensation for the wait. Over the past few visits I felt lash quality was decreasing, lashes were falling out much quicker and were bothering my eyes more. After the appointments, I often found my eyes being irritated by glue that wasn’t fully dried. I am so disappointed as this place is only a block from my work and 10 min from home. However, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Love the services there, I had Hannah do my lashes twice and she’s amazing and sweet! Great place!

The first time you enter the «Loft» you’re greeted with a warm smile, bottle of water and a beautiful ambience. It’s dazzling with chandeliers, which is a lovely touch.
Aesthetician Candi gave me a full premium glam set of lashes. Beforehand, she offered a brief consultation to determine my desires for the look I wanted to achieve. The service took approximately 1.5 hours, but it didn’t feel like it as I dozed off and relaxed. The music playing via the loudspeakers was a great mix of R&B and pop (I was jammin’ while nappin’, lol!)

The best eyebrow experience I’ve had in years! I had a tint and wax with Meredith who was just the absolute nicest lady! It was completely painless and I love the result. The whole place is really relaxing and serene, beautifully decorated and the lady on reception was lovely too. For the first time I actually enjoyed getting my eyebrows done — thank you Meredith and the team! So happy to have found this place, I’ll be back.

First, I’d like to comment on the beautiful waiting area — very comfortable with fresh water bottles and light snacks (nuts/​candies). It felt so welcoming and the reception staff was above professional.
I had a great experience with Cindi. She listened closely to what I wanted and answered all my questions, even offered to change the length if I felt it was too long when she was finished. Nope! Perfect! (She suggested varied lengths of 9 — 12 mm, a natural look with a dash of sexy!) I’m very happy and will be a loyal returning customer. I highly recommend.

Great experience, great techs and great finished look. I can’t rave enough about The Lash Loft. I’ve used them for my Wedding, Bridal Shower and various other events and received glowing compliments. I would highly recommend to anyone interested.

Went to the Lash Loft for a back wax and it was awesome. Lash Loft is gorgeous and the staff made me feel welcome. Being a man finding a nice place to do waxing is not easy, Lash Loft did not let me down. Would recommend Lash Loft anyone.

Giving it a 3 because the receptionist is awful. Constantly on hold when you call … Very slow… Rude with giving you change for a tip…
The technician Michelle for lash shaping is great though.

I have now been getting my lashes done at the Lash Loft for over 2 years and I have loved every single one of my experiences with everyone from the Lash Loft from the girls at the front desk to my lovely lash techs!
I always leave happy and my lashes have always lasted up to 3 wks and have received tons of compliments.

I had a fantastic experience here and loved my lashes, but had an allergic reaction (Alicia had done a few as a test and had no issues with a just a few on). I called to get them off and they quickly booked me an appointment for service in an hour. When I arrived I mentioned how I just got them, etc and they ended up refunding me 100%. I was surprised and just really happy with their customer service! Alicia is amazing as well. Her detail is crazy.
For first timers — it takes a long time. I was completely shocked. I figured it was a 20 min thing :)

Still loving The Lash Loft since the day that it opened!

I came here for eyelash extensions and a brazilian wax. Both experiences were positive. Lash Loft is much more serene, beautiful and spa-​like than some other eyelash places in the city. The lash room is separate, the beds are comfortable and there is little conversation. Re: wax, they use is hard wax (something I didn’t know), but the wax is a good quality and tech was an experienced and gentle and had me out in 15 minutes with minimal pain.
The girl who did my lashes was very sweet, gentle. She did a good job although she put several lashes of a shorter length than I had asked for, but that wasn’t a big deal.
However, the lashes did not last AT all. They fell out like Kim and Paris. I don’t know if the glue was weak, or the lashes weren’t strongly applied or what the issue was. I’ve gotten my lashes done many times, at different places and this was the first time they fell out so quickly. Every time my hand would brush my eye, 2 – 4 lashes would come off in my hand. Within 7 days, I had lost 75% of my lashes. Note: I know lash etiquette well — I wasn’t plucking or pulling anything, I didn’t wash around my eyes for 48hours, I was VERY gentle, and I wore no mascara etc.
My wax was fine, no problems. I would return for wax but not lashes, it was a sad waste of money :(

I don’t know anyone else that knows more about eyelashes than I do. I’ve been getting eyelash extensions for about six years. I know the good, the bad and the ugly.
The professionalism at The Lash Loft is up there. Booking was easy peasy. The girl I originally spoke to when I was making the appointment knew what she was talking about.
I had purchased a Gilt City voucher for full natural lashes. When I initially found out that a white girl was going to do my lashes, I freaked out… and second guessed the whole process. I couldn’t relax. My girl, Hannah insisted I do 11s because the 12s were too heavy and long for me. The lowest I have ever gone was 9s and 10s in lash lengths and I was NOT happy. I didn’t want to go lower than 12. I wasn’t with it but the turnout looked amazing. She did a really good job… minus taking longer than expected. But I get it, my eyes are hard to do.
I was a little turned off because I overheard these girls talking about different curls to the lashes, including B curls, which I have never heard of… and wondered why we never discussed it with the set I was getting. But whatever. I’m happy with how Hannah applied my 11 mm C curl lashes though. The quality of the lashes are a bit stiff, but I’m happy that I’m still getting compliments on them.

Have been so, so pleased with the work Lash Loft has done for me, both lashes and waxing.
Two separate times I have been slightly displeased with the effect of my lashes (both were 100% my fault, not theirs, as I just was uncertain about lengths and what have you and gave the wrong answers to their questions) and they have immediately made time to fix them for me. I did the premium natural lashes for a 2-​week vacation and was completely in love with the effect — I was super careful with them, but they didn’t start getting sparse until the very end of the holiday! I did the regular natural for a different trip and they didn’t last quite as long. Definitely recommend the premium if you know you can’t get back for a fill in 1 to 1 ½ weeks.
Additionally, their reception staff is SO kind and helpful. Even when I was having to say that I was unhappy they didn’t make me feel like a jerk about it, which I really appreciated.
Lash Loft is consistently great. Highly recommend for first-​time lashers (they walk you through everything) or recommend checking them out and comparing if you’ve been getting them done elsewhere!

My mom and I are faithful customers. My lashes last a long time. I get a good 2 n a half weeks of wearing my lashes before they start falling out one by one. I play basketball and I sweat everyday because of practice. So two weeks is a blessing. Shit I would be happy if they lasted a week after two practices a day. That just lets me know they take their time placing each individual lash on properly. Unlike some other places I have tried. I travel the world and have come across some places who charge a lot to do a horrible job.
This location is clean and I just love the customer service. Everyone is always so welcoming and accommodating.

I’ve been a patron of The Lash Loft for quite some time now and I’ve been so thankful for them! They’re incredibly clean and professional and the staff is always very accommodating. It’s always a pleasure seeing the staff.
Sometimes I wish their open appointments would line up a little bit more with mine, but I can’t complain. They’re busy for a reason.

I bought a gilt deal for the full glamour set and made an appointment with Heidi. she is such a sweet person and will give you the right recommendations needed for the best lash look. the place is a tad expensive but has great staff, clean!!, and located in flatiron (pretty convenient). the process took a little over an hour which is pretty fast. Usually for a full set it takes some technicians over an hour and a half.
Give this place a try!

I visited the Lash Loft again this summer and can’t get over what an excellent value and experience it is to get lashes done here! What I love about this place is that the owners go the extra mile to ensure a premium experience. Here’s how:
1. Glue. Yep, not something you would think much about, but the team there has meticulously concocted the best glue recipe and have their own proprietary product, which refreshed weekly for their technicians. This is a critical factor in lash maintenance. Most salons keep the same glue bottle around for 1 – 2 months or more. The best glue means the best outcome for those preciously long featherweights.
2. Lash Quality. The second and more intuitive key element is also top notch here. The Lash Loft buys only the best lashes and doesn’t go super heavy in its choice. After having lashes from many different places, I can agree that light lashes last longer for me as they are better able to endure my daily routine. And, they do far less damage to your real lashes.
My last visit was with Heidi and she did such a fabulous job! I’m always so pleased with the luxurious surroundings and commitment to professionalism. This is the best value in NYC by a mile!
